Please note that we consider the living room as the fourth bedroom. This space includes a daybed and a regular couch, both could sleep an additional guest.

The Neighborhood:
Great location for fishing, boating, watersports, gathering, and golf. 5 minutes from I-26 and shopping/dining options.
Very friendly and helpful neighbors.

Other Things to Note:
• Property treated for pests. Lakes provide habitat for a variety of creatures. The owner is not responsible for wildlife or insects.
• Guests using motorized water toys must adhere to Lake Murray's NO WAKE zones. Close to the docks is a NO WAKE ZONE. If you want to boat, tube or jet ski, please go into bigger water.
• Children must be supervised by an adult when on the dock, swimming, or using any water toys as needed.
• We hope you'll enjoy the water toys (kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, paddle boats) during your stay. We kindly ask that after use, please carry the equipment back to the designated area against the house. Please avoid dragging them across the grass, concrete, or stones to help keep everything in good condition.
• To provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, primary guests must be at least 25 years old to book accommodations with us.
• As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and PMI Palmetto will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.

Summary: Great property for older kids and adults. Beautiful views, wonderful location. The spa bathroom was the only one everyone wanted to use ! Our issue was taken care of efficiently . Stay was too short ! Really relaxing would recommend !

Summary: This house is perfect! The view of the lake from inside and outside of the home is amazing. Everything inside of the home is brand new and clean. Kitchen has everything you need and master bathroom shower is spa worthy! Nice neighborhood for walks and very friendly neighbors. By the way, the decor is really cool!! We would definitely go back!

Summary: I want to say that this was my very first experience with any type of private vacation rental. I was a little wary, especially after I made the reservation and all of a sudden I start seeing all these stories about people having bad experiences, but since it was on par with renting hotel rooms for the duration of my stay, and I had already payed, even though I had the option to cancel with no penalty, I stuck with it. I have not ever made a better travel decision in my life, it was PERFECT. The owner was easy to work with, when I discovered that I had miscalculated my arrival date, I emailed the owner asking for a time adjustment, he replied with one word “DONE” we were traveling to be at my sons graduation from Army Boot camp and we had his fiancé in tow, I wanted them to have a nice atmosphere to have a few days together before he headed off to Fort Lee, Virginia and 10 more weeks of training, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED, you can not go wrong with this owner and property, the neighborhood is quiet, the lake is beautiful, and the home was immaculate. The check in/check out was super easy. If we come back to S. Carolina again we will definitely try to get this property, husband says next time he’s going to go fishing. Thank You to the owner for making this available for us to use.
