Positive: Air conditioning was cold and super quiet - very nice. Some prior visitors had mentioned road noice - this was not the case and we found our apartment super quiet. A nice touch was the small welcome basket.

Positive: The house was absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities you could need. Beatrice and her mother were incredibly welcoming and kind. The location is great, just a short drive from Bellagio, with convenient car parking and a beach right across the road where you can swim. Please note that the apartment is located on the third floor.

Negative: The only downside to our stay was during checkout — the water was shut off, which made it difficult for us to clean the apartment as we had intended. We spent about 30 minutes trying to tidy up, but without running water, it felt as though we were being rushed out that wasn't actually nice .

Positive: the view was fantastic, very clean and well maintained. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I’m happy to recommend a stay at Casa Beatrice.

Negative: Nothing everything was great, but non Italian speakers will need google translate to help with communication. Call the hosts prior to arrival to help with finding the entrance.

Positive: The hosts were lovely, greeted on arrival with a basket of provisions. The location was very peaceful, nice to leave bustling Bellagio to return to this beautiful location. The apartment was well appointed, very clean and beds were comfortable.
