Positive: Tasteful decor, firm but comfortable beds, the kitchen had everything you could need. Really well appointed for a large family. The layout of the place is perfect and the upstairs retreat was ideal for my kids to watch movies. My kids are teenagers so it was perfect. The property was clean and had most of what we needed.
Negative: I would have really liked the property to have had a dryer, especially for towels. Thankfully we had fantastic weather so things dried quickly on the line outside but a dryer is definitely a must. The location is good although when walking it felt like just one block too far from the beach, but that might be because we usually stay closer to the beach so we felt it, especially with no foot paths to walk on.

Positive: The house was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed—from bath towels to kitchen essentials like utensils, and all the necessary toiletries. Property Mums did a fantastic job with maintenance, but it was the attention to detail that truly enhanced our stay. The well-maintained BBQ facilities, modern kitchen appliances, spotless bedrooms and living area, and well-stocked bathrooms, along with clear communication, made a big difference.
Negative: It was hard to find anything we didn’t like about the place. There’s nothing to complain about regarding the house itself, but the distance to the shops could be a consideration if you’re planning to walk. Keep in mind, there are no footpaths in this area, so you’ll be walking on grass or the road.
Summary: Wonderful experience, great house, amazing communication.
