All this in a fabulous location with just 3 min drive to the beach and walk to Wombat Cafe at Boundary Road shops
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
Well behaved pet welcome but can only be contained securely on the back deck and is not to be on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were pleasantly surprised with the additional amenities, such as shampoo, conditioner, basic kitchen ingredients. The kitchen is very well equipped with cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, etc. If you have a dog the deck offers a secure place if you need to duck out somewhere. The spa was divine, we enjoyed the fire. This trip was to try and relax and it fit the bill in terms of location, and offering. It is an easy drive to shops if needed, or just to take a stroll on the beach. The property managers were always very responsive if needed. Thank you!

Summary: Home has everything to fascilitate a relaxing holiday. The one maintenance issue we had was resolved with a phone call and handiman coming. Lots to do nearby: drive-in theatre, golf,walks, spas,wineries to mention a few. Would stay there again.

Summary: Great views from house and deck, looking over the garden to the bay. Nice position, great kitchen, really comfortable house. Would gladly go back next time were visiting the peninsula.

Summary: Only problem which was a major problem is they advertise as pet friendly, and have. A huge yard, but you can’t leave your dog there as there is NO side gate, leads out to a main road. So we had to lock our dog up on the deck for the whole weekend, which we where not happy about.

Summary: My son (9) said that he likes this house better than ours because it has a spa and a nice bathroom. The location is great for Dromana, Arthur's seat, and quick to get to from MEL via the fwy. Spa, fire, comfy and we'll laid out, was great for my family and I'd recommend it.
