Summary: Jan was a fabulous host who has been effective as a communicator and offered extended check-in/check-out during the weekend to help with our stay.The place is adequate and clean with rooms that allow bright sunlight during the day. Proximity to shops, beach and Arthur's seat make this a great spot as it is also tucked away for privacy and quiet residence.Great place for a family or friends to go away from their regular busy lives.

Summary: Good location with view of the ocean, nice quiet street, close to shops and amenities.House was very neat & tidy & well appointed, The bedrooms were fitted with ceiling fans but were quite warm..Overall a nice place to stay.Communication with the owner was very easy.

Summary: There was insect on the window sill and cobwebs in the bathroom and dog hair from previous renters under furniture, condiments were dated 2019, but overall not bad. could do with updated kettle and frypans as they were not clean. We left the place cleaner than we arrived.

Summary: Nearly perfect stay! Great location, very clean, lovely fully fenced surrounding yard, fully equipped kitchen (minus microwave, not a big deal)! Would be great for kids with the downstairs play area. Only thing that would've made it better were if extra towels were provided, but we'd just bring our own next time. Would love to be back soon!

Summary: You can sleep comfortably (and coziness with heated blankets during Winter) within walking distance to the beach. Only a short-trip to plenty of independent distilleries too!

Summary: The Gulls at Dromana had everything we could have hoped for in an Easter getaway! The home is well equipped, clean and welcoming. We loved the enclosed area for our dog Gavin who had plenty or space to run around and sniff. The BBQ on the deck is an added bonus to sit and enjoy the views on a beautiful summers night. Thanks so much Jan, we will definitely be back!
