Positive: Very big flat. Everything was clean and in good working order. There is airconditioniong in each room! Just don't try to turn all ACs at once at full power as it will make the fuse pop up. The kitched is very well equipped. You can park on the site right next to the building or at a bigger parking 20 meters away. Overall great place to stay.
Negative: There aren't any glass recycling bins near the property. As in almost every Italian house there is no microwave owen and no kettle.

Positive: Perfect location for us, near the start of our race and the park. Easy to find, supermarkets nearby and not far from the more touristy areas. On a road, but not problem with noise as apartment had good windows.
Negative: No problems, would stay again.

Positive: The location was around 20 minutes walk from the beach. Very comfortable for families with kids - a park with a big playground just around the corner! We also enjoyed trainspotting from the big balcony ))
