Summary: Gaetano’s studio is a perfect choice if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable stay. The space is rather small but perfect for a holiday stay for a couple. It is also fully equipped with everything you need: washing machine, dishwasher, an outside space, every door and window has shutters to keep insects out and there’s a rainshower (although small space). The surroundings are very quiet yet by a full 15-20min walk you’re in the village centre and near all kind of beaches. Gaetano is the best host, he replies quickly and will help you with whataver you need. He offered to drive us from and to the trainstation which was incredibly nice. There’s also a stairlift to bring your luggage up. Recommended to book your stay here!

Summary: Gaetano is very friendly and was very helpful with local recommendations for food and sights. You know, the stuff only locals like Gaetano would know. Sestri Levante is a bit touristy, though less than other towns at the Riviera. And the Villa is in a very quite neighbourhood. Check out Baia Silencia! Had a really good honeymoon here.

Summary: We had an amazing time in Gaetano's house! The appartment is lovely and equipped with everything you need. Comfy bed, cozy terrace to relax, lovely decorations and attention to detail. Gaetano is a wonderful host and a very nice person and he gave us many useful information and recommendations for the area. Easy walking distance into town and to the beach. 100% recommend!

Summary: The owner and host Gaetano Zambon is an excellent host and a helpful and delightful person. He has restored a villa over many years into characterful appartments in a quiet residential area of the town. It is well located for walking to the beaches and centre of town, easy walk to railway station that connects many of the towns along the Ligurian coast from Genoa to La Spezia, that includes the Cinque Terre villages. Thank you, Gaetano for a lovely stay.

Summary: Really nice flat with terrasse. The location is perfect, close to the center / beach / train station. The host gaetano is simply a wonderful guy and I thank him for his advices and his availability.

Summary: This is the first owner who gives you two toilet paper rolls, washing liquid and soap for washing machine and dishes.....and this tells you how the owner takes care of his guests. Great find! See you next Gaetano!

Summary: Gaetano showed us great hospitality during our stay in Sestri Levante. He provided us with a lot of helpful information, and made sure we had a great stay. The apartment has a proper size for a couple, and includes all the basic equipment one would need. It has a nice outdoor area where you can enjoy your home cooked meals. The bed was comfortable, and with the air con you will easily have a good sleep, even during the warm and humid summer nights. The city is only a 15 minutes walk away, so you don't depend on a rental car. We really enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the super friendly host, Gaetano, who was always available to help us if we needed it.

Summary: Peaceful retreat for couples and families near the centre of Sestri Levante. Very helpful host, Gaetano. Was knowledgeable of the region and there to answer any queries or questions. Great amount of space in the upper apartment. Couldn't ask for additional amenities as everything was there and felt immediately like home. Great view from the terrace and fantastic sizely windows throughout offering different picturesque views of the surrounding scenery. Which was well thought out and really appreciated. Stunning garden also. Would highly recommend for a chill out holiday and for exploring the eastern side of Liguria. Thank you Gaetano for your help and a beautiful stay.
