Positive: Cozy accommodation on the Camino. Anita was very welcoming, gave us water and fresh oranges when we arrived. Recommend where to go to eat but restaurant was closed. Limited options for food.Room very clean and plenty of hot water. Dogs were very quiet.

Positive: The host. Dr. Anita made us feel at home. From the moment she opened the door to when we had to leave we were received and said goodbye with the most demonstrable human kindness. The room is not only comfortable, it is super clean, modern, detailed to make guests feel relaxed. The view from our room was priceless, the ocean the sunset. Besides and behind the house there is a forest of eucalyptus trees which fulfills the entire home with its curative properties. This home is like being in a five star spa. The Non Smoking rule is the best privilege which adds on to the healthy stay at this property. The food is organic, delicious, nutritious. Dr. Anita prepared it real time for us and for the other guests. One can feel her love for people. She treated us with such love that we will not forget. She has three friends besides her every time, they are besides the guests if you allow their friendliness, they are her adorable dogs. We wish all the hotels, hostels, shelters, this world have more people like Dr. Anita. We also wish ourselves have more time and resources to stay longer in a home like hers. Very grateful. Booking.com should be aware to highlight the five star quality of Casa by Anita guesthouse.

Positive: As every review says, Anita is the heart of this property! I had something stuck in my eye and Anita came to the rescue super late at night. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her. She also makes the best food around, so do NOT pass up breakfast. The entire property is so intentionally put together. Robes and plenty of towels and blankets in the room. Privacy. Comfort. And all around just the best energy you’ll find on your Camino!

Positive: Anita was a wonderful and kind host. Her home is lovely, as is the downstairs guest quarters. She made us an excellent dinner (for an extra charge that was disclosed upfront) that we thoroughly enjoyed. Her dogs are very well behaved and nice.
Negative: Anita has a lot of things available for sale but she is not pushy about selling them. Everything was great.
