Positive: Amazing house in the heart of Nerja! A group of us stayed and it was brilliant being able to just walk into the town, no need for taxis. The rooftop pool was such a bonus, such a lovely spot for relaxing. Having two bathrooms was such a plus too when staying with a big group. Emi was great to communicate with on WhatsApp, and great also to be able to book a shuttle service from the airport through the accommodation also.

Positive: Great central location and lovely roof terrace. Property manager very helpful. We did nt bother with renting a car as could walk to everything we needed.
Negative: Smelled a little musty, was beginning of the season and nature of that type of old townhouse being long and thin so not much ventilation possible towards the back of the house.

Positive: The property is beautiful, clean and spacious. Couldn’t have asked for more.
Negative: Some of the soft furnishings could have been better but that is being really picky! There is no double quilt in the main bedroom for example.

Positive: The house is amazing and location is excellent. Very well equipped, home from home. Even in the winter, having the outdoor and poo area was lovely to be around. With views of mountains one side and sea at the other. The welcome pack of essentials was such a gift, especially when we had came in late. The host was easy to communicate with on what's app too.
Negative: Nothing to complain about. Just be careful on the stairs as they are steep. As long as to take care you'll be OK.

Positive: The location was perfect. Very central. Enough away from the restaurants and bars to be quiet at night but close enough for a quick stroll in the evening. Good choice of shops nearby too. The bathrooms were nicely fitted. The rooftop pool, whilst small, was perfect for a quick dip and a sunbath. Sun almost all day on the roof. Great having a washing machine and a place to dry clothes. Outside dining area was good with lovely lighting for the evening. Comfortable beds. Very clean.
Negative: The pub type bar on entering the property was a novelty but weird. Would have preferred that space for a modern kitchen / diner. There was a damp odour in the property which we couldn't get rid of even with windows and doors open. The spiral staircase felt a bit unsafe - slim under foot with no grip and no banister. One of our girls fell down them and 2 of the men banged their shoulders on the overhanging wall/ceiling whilst going up the stairs.
Summary: Perfect location, close to bars, restaurants, shops and beach. Sunny rooftop & pool. Comfy. Clean.

Positive: We loved everything about the place. Kitchen very well kept. They even left a few essentials in the fridge. The information leaflet was absolutely amazing. And what's more there was a WhatsApp number I needed to check a couple of things. They answered within seconds. Amazing. We couldn't have asked for more.
