Casa Clara is a little gem on the Amalfi Coast. Just renovated, it enjoys large rooms, a simple and clean design and a breathtaking view. It has two bedrooms, each with a connected bathroom: the ideal home for both the family and two couples. The location is remarkable: central and at the same time away from noise. The town center is just a few minutes' walk away: restaurants, bars, grocery stores, bus stops… are immediately reachable. The whole house is served by wifi and air conditioning. To reach the house it is necessary to go down about 100 steps from the main road: is not accessible by car, but this choice makes the experience even more special, allowing you to fully immerse in the peacefulness of the village and its breathtaking views. Summary: Nadia and her family made us so welcome in this pristine apartment. They have thought of everything. Tucked into the Priaino hillside with wonderful view of the sea and across to Capri, you feel you have become part of the Amalfi Coast. The steps and path may make it inaccessible for some, but added to the magic for us. Thank you!

Summary: A highlight of our trip. The apartment is beautiful, the view spectacular. It is newly renovated, and huge! More than enough space for our family and kids. The host has two children and my girls loved to play with them for hours, so the kids had the best time ever. We loved Praiano, so happy we stayed there and chose this place. The beaches down the front are amazing. We are in Positano now, and while it’s also beautiful, I preferred Praiano to stay. Highly recommend this villa!

Summary: Amazing place, even better than the pictures. Lots of stairs, so keep that in mind, but that’s everywhere on the Amalfi Coast. Nadia was fantastic. The view was INCREDIBLE, and we will cherish the time we spent here.

Summary: Our stay at Nadia’s place was nothing short of perfect from start to finish. From the moment we checked in, we were blown away by the stunning views and the overall charm of the place. The attention to detail made us feel right at home, with everything we could possibly need and more. Nadia’s homegrown vegetables were a delightful addition, and her homemade limoncello was simply the best we’ve ever tasted. We can’t express enough how much we loved our stay here. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend.

Summary: It’s really comfortable and recently renovated. The host lives nearby and is extremely helpful and attentive. The apartment has everything you’ll need and more. She even gave us some fresh organic tomatoes and her dad’s local made limoncello. There’s plenty of stairs, just like any other place in the coast. (She called a luggage carrier service for us) Solid 10/10.

Summary: We cannot say enough wonderful things about Casa Clara. To start, our host Nadia, was so helpful and nice. She was available throughout our stay for any questions or requests. The place is spotless, is well-appointed with anything you could possibly need and the view is just spectacular. The photos on the website depict exactly what Casa Clara looks like. We stayed for six nights and cannot wait to go back. One word of advice is to pack light. We (really just me) didn't and we had to lug many suitcases up and down A LOT of stairs. There is a washing machine and clothesline, so you can wash and rewear clothes. There are two markets, a small pharmacy and many restaurants nearby, as well.

Summary: Host was very responsive and the place was overall nice. We enjoyed our time here but we had a few issues. - The stairs were steep and rough though. If it were just the 206 stairs from the street to the villa it probably would have been ok, but the entire area is essentially uphill. To get to the street the villa is even on from the Main Street, it’s 397 steep stairs. So from the Main Street to this villa is 600+ stairs. Your other option is walk the uphill winding roads, but it takes awhile. It is not easy to get on-the-fly transportation in this city. I would suggest renting scooters/vespas as it makes things easier, but we had a group of 7 and some weren’t comfortable driving them on the tight streets so it was tough. - Another issue we had was ants. There were a fair amount in the downstairs bedroom, as well as a ton near the pool. The lounge chairs weren’t usable as ants would always get you. - we had the shower drain drain too slowly in the main bathroom and flooded the floor

Summary: Casa Clara is a beautiful house in Praiano with an incredible view of the sea and coastline. The accommodation is better than the description/ photos and Nadia is a charming and extremely helpful host. Everything you could need is provided and the welcome pack, fresh eggs & tomatoes from the garden add a lovely personal touch. We felt completely at home during our 5 night stay whilst exploring the Amalfi coast. Thank you so much Nadia.
