3 Bedroom Villa in Praiano

Romantic, inspiring Mediterrean style villa, amongst the beauty of the mountains and seascapes, with portico for dining, pergola for cocktails and shaded sitting area amongst gardens 160sqm indoor and 120 sqm outdoor space. Please note that to reach the villa there is a pedestrian road roughly 200 meters followed by 160 steps.
The steps are not consecutive they are interrupted by narrow lanes lined by olive trees. We assure porter service on arrival and departure to carry your luggage. The beautiful views, peace and privacy are well worth the effort (said by our guests see reviews) The villa has a spacious, bright lounge and dining room, 40sqm, large window and two French windows leading to the Dolce Vita Terrace. It has comfortable sofas, smart tv with Netflix table and six chairs.
The kitchen is also spacious and bright, large window and French doors leading to the terrace. It is well equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave oven, dish washer, coffee machine, electric kettle. It also has a breakfast area with table and chairs. It also has the essentials, coffe, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar salt, pepper and other herbs. The Dolce Vita terrace has dining area, sunbeds, long bench, flower bed, plants and flowers. It leads to the pergola surounded with gardens. Upstairs the 2 bedrooms are also comfortable and bright with French windows leading to the upstairs Liberty Terrace, with table, 2 chairs and 2 stylish benches. The Cottage a small apartment with bedroom, small lounge, bathroom and small kitchen is on the lower floor. It has Italian architecture and a shabby chic style. It is also very bright with French window leading to the Shabby terrace with gazebo, table, chairs and deck chairs. There is also a laundry with washing machine, soap and drying rack available. We will meet you personally on arrival, to accompany you to the villa giving you information and advice of the area. where to go and what to do. We are always available during your stay usually through Whatsapp to anwer any questions or assistance. In short distance there are 2 restaurants, 2 supermarkets. bus stop for bus around town. to the beach or bus to nearby Positano. There is also a bar and atm machine where you can withdraw cash. We also have parking space for one car on the main road in walking distance without further charge. For longer stays we give free weekly cleaning. We can organize private transfer from airport, train station. Boat trips. and Chef for special dinner in villa.

Summary: Daniele is a terrific host. He communicated with us from the moment we booked through our stay. I would say the only negative to the stay was the steps but frankly you would not get the view without them and it is spectacular. Take Daniele up on him grabbing groceries. The luggage was made easier as the porters were great. We took pride in showing people on a boat trip that where we were staying was the highest in Praiano! Our stay was fantastic. If you can, book chef Tomasso.

Summary: This Villa was the best vrbo, in the most beautiful setting I’ve ever seen. The villa is pristine and the views are spectacular. The host Danielle is so helpful and responsive. He had a nice chilled bottle of champagne for us upon arrival and he helped us with suggestions, directions, and anything we needed. We would come back here in a heartbeat.The location was perfect for visiting Positano, Amalfi, Capri, Ravello, and then coming back to Praiano for what felt like a slice of heaven. This villa elevated our trip to the Amalfi coast to the highest level. I give it the highest recommendation. You will be so glad you stayed here.

Summary: This villa is absolutely beautiful. The inside living atea, kitchen and bedrooms are very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The terrace has breathtaking views of the Amalfi coast line. We were 6 adults occupying the villa and the attached self contained apartment. We spent many moments under the pergola or in the outdoor shower cooling off. Daniele was a perfect host always checking all was well. He arranged dinner reservations for us, made great suggestions for local companies such as chartered boats and obtained private drivers for our shuttles. What one must know is that steps up and down are necessary on any rental on the Amalfi coast. This rental is the same. There is no road to the front door. Daniele arranged for porters to transport our luggage to and from the villa. That said once you're there the views are worth it. We had a fabulous vacation in this gorgeous villa.

Highly recommend you stay here . There are a lot of stairs but all of Praiano is like that . Very lovely town .

Summary: There really are no words to describe the beauty of the property or the magnificent views. The photos are beautiful but do not do justice! The villa and cottage were immaculate, with every detail carefully thought out. Daniele welcomed us with sincere warmth and was available for our every need, going above and beyond our expectations. We traveled with our adult children there was plenty of space for all 5 of us. We created wonderful family memories at Villa Poesia anf The Cottage! Thank you Daniele!

Summary: The villa was exactly like the pictures, clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Our host was fabulous in helping us with transport and restaurant reservations. The patio is spectacular as it is really large and the back patio with the wicker furniture was a delightful place to spend an evening watch the moon and have a glass of wine. You will love this place. We were all in our 70's and the stairs were a little much but we did it and feel like we are in better shape than when we arrived!

Summary: I and my group cannot speak highly enough of La Poesia and Daniele Caputo and his mother Julietta who were our hosts. We have been to Europe many times and have stayed at some very nice places. La Poesia is at the top of the list. The property itself is gorgeous and the views from high above the sea are stunning. It is a magical place where a person could be very happy just spending long days on the patio overlooking the ocean and the rugged, steep hills plunging down to the water. The property is comprised of two units: a two bed, two bath unit on the upper level and a one bed, one bath on the lower. To look at the property you'd never know they are separate units. We rented both units for our group of three couples. The price? Unbelievably inexpensive when shared among three couples for a two week stay. Our hosts were so welcoming, so accommodating, so helpful and so patient with our several phone calls asking questions and seeking information. We hope that some day to return to La Poesia. It might not happen, but the place and Daniele and Julietta will be in our hearts forever. Go to La Poesia if you can. You will be very happy that you did so. I did not mention that there is much, much to see and do (and eat) in that part of Italy, as it is quite obvious. La Poesia is the perfect headquarters from which to see it all.
