Summary: Leonardo and Angela were great hosts. Arriving in Havana the first time can be a bit daunting, even for seasoned travellers, but Leonardo helped organise both the airport taxi pick-up in advance and then gave us good advice about how to get around and get things done. Things like changing money, how to avoid scams and where is good to eat close to his house. The best thing about the stay was the breakfast. It was one of the best we had in our two week stay, with lots of perfectly ripe fruit, eggs and tea. Leonardo took real care of us. The road they are on is a busy little shopping street, just 300m from Parque central. It is a bit noisy first thing in the morning, but from the lovely balconey you are above the street and can watch what is going on. The rooms are basic but clean and for the money it is great value. Hot water was good. We stayed in 4 other Casa Particulares in Cuba and value of this experience was one of the best, if not the best. Staying in Old Havana (Havana Vieja) is closer to the tourist area, but the streets are, how shall we put it, less appealing and noisier. So the Central area is a good choice. Highly recommended to understand how Havana (and Cuba) work. Thank you!

Summary: Amazing hosts and what a lovely property! Good location, very convenient and fab breakfast. Angela and Leonardo were great with us and we could not ask for better hosts :) highly recommended!

Summary: Cannot recommend enough - as a solo traveller and my first time in Cuba, Leo made sure to give me tips on everything from getting around to money/water etc. I was there during a national power outage and he still messaged after I left to check I was ok and to offer help.

Summary: Casa Colonial Abogados Leonardo y Angela is such a wonderfull place. Located just 5min walk from Malecón in old Havana is perfect place to explore the city. You can feel the spirit of the city sighting on the balcony and enjoying the view of life going on the street below. Each of popular places is in walking distance from the hostel. What is even more important the owners are most helpful people I’ve met in Cuba. They helped me basically with everything, money, taxis planing the trip etc. They will recommend to places where to eat as well and these places are really worth visiting if you want to eat in real Cuban restaurant for affordable money. Room was clean, AC was really good, same as WIFI. Breakfast is pretty big and tasty. You can eat on the balcony or inside reading the book about the old cars which you can see later in the streets. 10/10 I really recommend it. Best place in Havana

Summary: In lively Havana Leo and Angela have a great place to stay! Very central and walking distance from a lot of good places. Very nice old colonial style home, balcony is the best place to have breakfast, talk, sing, dance and watch Hanava! Leo and Angela and the rest of the family are wonderful and very funny people ❤️ Leo speaks English very well and they all are a great help in many ways! We had a great time and came back (felt like coming home) for the last day in Cuba. Muchos gracias! 🇨🇺🇳🇱

Summary: What a wonderful warm welcome to Havana we received from Leo and Angela. Their casa is a truly beautiful 1st floor apartment in one of the spacious and airy colonial-style buildings right in the centre, with a shady balcony providing the perfect spot from which to observe life in the busy street below. The breakfasts were hearty and delicious. Leo is a lovely generous man, never without a beaming smile. At the end of our stay with his family, he was kind enough to give us a lift to our next destination in his own car, and wouldn't even take any cash contribution for fuel. I would heartily recommend Casa Colonial Abogados Leonardo y Angela.
