Summary: The casa was as described, though the shower head hot water heater did not work. For me that was just fine, but my wife likes warm water. Keys are given to access the outer door, casa door, and room. Overall a good value.

Summary: This is a place that I really can recommend. We booked a room for two weeks and it was really good. The room and the bathroom was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. This is a very good location. It's close to Habana Vieja, it didn't even take 10 min to walk to that part of the city, where you can find nice bars and restaurants. Jillian and her family really took care of us during our stay in Havana and we felt so welcomed immediately. We went to different cities in Cuba and Jillian helped us to book a taxi collectivo back and forth. And at Christmas eve the family even cooked us a cuban dinner that was amazing. I would definitely stay at Jillians place again if I come back to Cuba.

Summary: Amazing family, in a traditional Cuban building. They received me in a very welcoming and kind way, always helping me in all questions and tips. The address is very central and easy to access by foot.

Summary: We have just returned from Jillian's Casa particular, she helped us with everything, from advices not to exchange money at the airport to all we wanted to see. Had one gratis breakfast and everyday breakfast when we were comfortable. Even one late lunch, when we asked :) Price is reasonable, easy to agree upon. We exchanged gifts with her. Room was small but enough for the couple. We managed somehow to arrange everything, her English needs little more time to understand, as is our Spanish. But she tried to find way to help us any way she could. Our satisfaction is complete.

Summary: Casa Jillian was our first stop in Cuba and we were so lucky to find such a great host! The house was very clean. Jillian organised our taxis and busses which was a great help. She made us an amazing 3 course breakfast that filled us up for the day. She was very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend!

Summary: Jillian is the perfect host. Very helpful. Very clean accommodations. Very comfortable bed. She saved me a lot of money getting taxis for me. For a very modest price she serves a huge well-balanced breakfast. Plenty of hot water. Clean toilet. Very efficient air conditioning. Very generous with her time answering my many questions. Just a few minutes walk to Old Havana, restaurants and many other interesting sights. I highly recommend Casa Colonial Habana Jillian
