Positive: Big spacious rooms, very looked after and clean furniture and helpful staff who were very responsive/accomodating.
Negative: If I was to be very picky - a couple more kitchen utensils and essentials would have helped (some cooking oil / laundry detergent / etc)

Positive: While visiting from the UK to see friends, we stayed for about 10 days in this comfortable ground-floor apartment, part of an attractive historic building. We found this location ideal for getting around without a car - it's near a stop for the trolley (free local bus service) which takes you to, for example, Coral Gable's Miracle Mile (also walkable and with excellent cafes etc) and to other public transport links. We liked having some cooking facilities to prepare breakfast and snacks; there was a Publix supermarket a short distance away for groceries. We also appreciated the availability of laundry facilities. Management provided helpful information at the beginning and end of the stay.
Negative: As is often the case with older buildings, noise insulation is limited so partying neighbours woke us up a few times, but the noise level was tolerable once we'd invested in some earplugs.
Summary: A great alternative to a hotel, especially for longer visits
