Summary: Upon arrival, our rooms were not ready, even though we arrived two hours past check-in. The front desk staff was unhelpful and insisted I had reserved only one room, despite my confirmation of two partial ocean view queen rooms. After I provided the confirmation email, she found the second reservation but insisted we could only have a different style room if we wanted them immediately—not an upgrade. Ultimately, I settled for the same room type on separate floors, which made managing my kids challenging. On a positive note, the rooms were beautiful and the location was perfect. Most staff members were friendly, and the manager worked hard to resolve the situation, though we still had to wait. While you can hear airplanes from the rooftop, it wasn’t an issue while sleeping. Overall, it was a mixed experience with some hiccups.

Summary: Our stay at Casa Costera couldn't have been better. It was seconds to the beautiful Isla Verde Beach. Our one bedroom apartment was huge with a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. The rooftop pool and hot tub were a great feature of the property. There are some restaurants around the property and it is a close uber ride to San Juan.

Summary: Expedia said we were booking a two bedroom with two beds in each room. we had 6 people that had to share 2 beds and a sofa. They only have one of those rooms, which was not available. Hotel is fine, but staff could be a little nicer.

Summary: The room was very spacious, but it had a weird smell, the jacuzzi didn’t have a button to turn on and know one knew how to turn it on. Other than that it was nice, everyone was very friendly.

Summary: The staff was great. The work out room was nice. The room had musty smell and the shower didnt drain. Very minor things, everything else about the property was great. The building beside were very ugly and an eye sore. I would recommend it

Summary: I want so bad to give this property a 5 star rating. The staff at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. They gave us a beautiful room with a fantastic view! I will be forever thankful for this wonderful week here. The zul restaurant was great. Had some really good Tacos. The room was clean and the beds are nice. It was also helpful to have access to laundry while we were there. Here's the not so good, and the reason for the 4 rating.... the hot tub is not a hot tub. It's cold. Not much different than the pool temp, which is also cold. The shower in the room has a rain head. That's it. So unless you plan on washing your hair everyday, it's hard to shower with this abusive shower head. And lastly, the towel/ wash cloth situation. We stayed 7 nights. I asked on day 4 for fresh bathroom items and finally on day 7 we got fresh wash clothes and towels. They also lacked in the pool towels. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would. But I do hope they fix those few things.
