Our apartment at Marbella, the most sought after building for vacation rentals offers 24/7 security and many amenities, as a large swimming pool, basketball court, children's playgrounds, barbecue pits and beautiful grounds.The barbecue area overlooks the beach and allows you to have your own BBQ party by the beach. All amenities at the condo are within gated areas and only available for condo residents or renters.
The apartment itself was renovated and decorated. The style is a contemporary modern one, using white and grey as primary colors with turquoise and magenta as accent colors, giving it a very relaxed atmosphere, ideal for your vacation.
The apartment can accommodate up to 7, especially if some are children, configured as follows:
Master bedroom: one king sized bed and one twin and a have (45 inches) size futon, for 3 guests.
Second bedroom: one queen sized bed. 2 guests.
Living area: one queen sized high quality sofa bed, for 2 guests.
Bed mattresses and linens were carefully selected for your sleeping enjoyment.Towels are thick and thirsty 100% cotton. Both bedrooms have blackouts and window treatments.

Summary: This was a great stay for our family. Amazing views of a beautiful beach and a comfortable place to stay. Very easy access to pool and beach. Convenient safe parking so we could explore the island with a rental car. Would stay here again on our next visit to Puerto Rico.

Summary: We are so so thankful for our stay in this beautiful space. Jorge went above and beyond in securing a basketball for our 3 sons to use, and they played basketball, swam in the ocean, and soaked up the view every single day.

Summary: The apartment is fabulous, spotlessly clean, with an unbelievable view of the pool and beach. The condo complex is fantastic, excellent security, extremely well located, lovely facilities. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, even making a special trip over to help set us up to watch the Super Bowl on the TV in the apartment. Thank you!

Summary: The view was absolutely beautiful. Great location and smooth check in process. The amenities in the apartment need some improvement. The washer/dryer, stove, pots, pans and televisions all need upgrading. The master bathroom's sink is located right under a shelf. If you are not careful you can hit your head. I think the price was expensive for the condition of the amenities.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and appreciated so much the support and attentiveness of our host, Annie. Often there are issues that arise, but Annie was very responsive and sought to meet our needs. We were there for the infamous blackout of 12/31 but she kept us informed regarding administrative updates from the building on when the power would be restored. It took longer than normal, but fortunately it was cool enough to enjoy windows being open and hearing the relaxing sounds of the ocean. We would work with Annie again for our vacation plans in PR.

Summary: Excellent security, bare Bones hallways, but beautiful interior condominium. Located on the 18th floor of a 19-story condominium situated directly on the beach. Excellent security, we felt safe the entire time. Easy access to the swimming pool and Beach area. Cleanest public beach I've ever seen. Gorgeous views, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms plus washer and dryer, made this the ideal vacation spot for us. Great location with stores and restaurants in close proximity. The host provided beach chairs, beach towels, and an ice chest which was a nice touch. We absolutely loved our stay at this condo and would recommend it to anyone.

Summary: This condo was on the 18rh floor with beautiful expansive ocean view. Property manager very responsive and pleasant. Supplied some missing items that were promised and some other missing items promptly There were adequate items supplied. The condo is showing some wear with broken kitchen faucet and broken kitchen cabinet door that kept falling off Patio furniture had some broken wicker chairs and wobbly table. Dispite that the stay was great. Plenty of security and place was safe large pool and great access to a great beach. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance Uber makes easy visit to old San Juan and downtown easy. This was a nice visit and we would return but would hope owner will freshen place up
