Summary: The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Pool area was really nice. A lot of background noise from the airport (expected) and hotel staff (unexpected and unwarranted) in the middle of the night making sleep difficult. Overall, a fine place for a quick stay, especially if you need/want somewhere close to the airport.

Summary: Stayed here for 4 days prior to our cruise to be able to explore San Juan. Centrally located to eateries, hotels and beach. Great front desk staff especially Ashley and the other girls during the daytime. Room are not fancy but comfortable. Would definitley stay here again. It also is close to the airport and free bus to Old San Juan.

Summary: Ants in the room, thin windows could hear everything. Room was next to the pool so there was always noise. Windows had cracks so you could hear the planes. But.. the ants ruined it the most. All over the bed and luggage when we work up.

Summary: Room and bathroom were spotless and well supplied. Room did not offer chair nor desk. It was small. I was able to read in the lobby. Plenty of chairs and tables. We had a heavy suitcase. There was no elevator. Staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpfull.

Summary: We were amazed at how nice the hotel was. The staff was super nice. The rooms were immaculate and big. Definitely will stay again next time I'm in SJ. A+++++++

Summary: This is a cute hotel! The beach is a 2 min walk, pool was always open and never full, close to many restaurants and shopping. The staff was incredibly friendly. The parking lot is fairly small and can fill up quickly and to get to the hotel is a little weird but it’s well worth it. Very relaxing and welcoming!

Summary: Most of the staff were not so friendly one of the girls at the desk told another staff member that she did not want to check us in she thought because she spoke Spanish I wouldnt understand her but I did understand her I just didn't mention it..she seen my expression changed so she changed hers but it was too late I already felt uncomfortable.. the cleaning staff is great but the people at the front desk don't greet you coming in or out it was only one lady who was very friendly I wish I can remember her name.
