Recently renovated with high quality finishes, this spacious and bright duplex apartment is located in the bay of Sa Riera, known as one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava. A private parking in front of the house guarantees an easy arrival at the property. Once you arrive, the distance to the beach, restaurants and small shops is only 5 minutes on foot.
The duplex is equipped with an efficient air conditioning system for maximum comfort.
The property consists of a bright living room, directly connected to a furnished terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains.
On the same floor there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. A staircase leads to a loft with a versatile space with flat screen TV, a sofa bed that can be transformed into a comfortable double bed of 1.60 m with slatted bed base and a chillout area.Only AC in living room.
Another staircase leads to the lower floor, where there are two double rooms, one of them with en-suite bathroom and another separate and fully equipped bathroom. The location is very quiet and offers the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in an exclusive environment. Free Wifi is avaible in the whole property.
Our cleaning fee includes premium quality linens and towels for all of our guests.
In 2020, we premiered the newly built community pool, an outdoor infinity pool with sea views and right in front of the apartment (size: 30 m2).

Summary: Appartement très bien situé et bien fait. Lluis est très sympa également Mais gros bémol sur les odeurs très désagréables des évacuations des sanitaires qui gâchent le séjour. Selon moi ce problème doit être réglé avant toute location.

Summary: La estancia ha sido genial. Lluis y Simone han estado disponibles en todo momento para todo. La situación muy buena, a 5 minutos andando a la playa. La piscina estupenda!. El apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario. Si falta algo, Lluis y Simone atiende al momento. Seguro quevolveremos!

Summary: We spent 9 days at Sa Riera and this place met all our expectations. Lluis was really kind during the check-in and helped us with all the details. He also gave us really good tips on what beaches to visit other than Sa Riera. He also gave us good recommendations on restaurants where we were able to enjoy glorious seafood and paella!The house is literally located at a 5 min walk from the beach (although Sa Riera itself is on a hill so expect some stairs and ramps. Not challenging at all if you are in a normal physical state). It was lovely to be able to enjoy breakfast watching sunrise at the balcony and then after a short walk enjoy the pristine Mediterranean waters.There are a few bars and restaurants walking distance as well for those who just want to leave the car at the parking space and forget about it (by the way, the parking space is really handy and convenient given that’s almost impossible to park in the area due to high demand during summer season.

Summary: SA Riera is a very nice place to stay if you know what to expect. For the price, we had different expectations. The apartment is on the small side but very clean which we highly appreciated it. Our suggestion is that you ask when is the property manager expecting you and coordinate on a time. We didn't and assumptions and frustrations happened. However, the owner of the property lives close by and was a wonderful host.

Summary: This is a fantastic apartment, very spacious and stylish. Great little bay and just a short walk with nice sea views. Unfortunately, the main view is off a building site (they are building new apartments across the valley) but this did not have any impact on our stay. Great host, Lluis was exceptionally helpful and friendly.
