Summary: Jason was a great host, we had a great time and Jason was very responsive if we needed his assistance. Master bathroom is gorgeous and the pool was fantastic. Loved the area close to everything and 30 miles from beautiful Clearwater beach.

Summary: I’m happy that I was able to find such a peaceful and welcoming home. I enjoyed my stay here so much and so did my family. The place was clean and we were close to a lot of different food places and attractions. The host had excellent communication and anytime I messaged him he responded right back. I definitely would stay here again!

Summary: Jason was very accommodating to us. The house was not in good condition after the previous renters left and he did whatever he could. We enjoyed our stay with family visiting thoughout the time we were there. The pool guys were great also keeping the pool looking good. The house has plenty of room for families. Jason does a good job as host.

Summary: My mom, little sister and two teenage daughters came down from Georgia to celebrate my cousin's upcoming 40th birthday. None of us had ever been before and we found this property through a quick VRBO search. There are so many sleeping spaces! The refrigerator got sick while we were there and Jason (owner) and Lori (Property Manager) acted so quickly to "make it right" for us. We spent a few days at the beach - Honeymoon Island and Clearwater, spent some time in the pool and went to Tarpon Springs for dinner. You simply must eat at Rusty Bellies (thanks Lori, for the recommendation!) 🥰 This is a great property and so many things to do nearby!
