Summary: We wanted a nice relaxing family vacation in the Port Richey area and this place was perfect. We spent time doing a few things in the area but the majority of our time was just hanging out by the pool where we could watch TV or the back yard wild life. Very warm home to spend time with our family.

Summary: We were so impressed with the beauty of the home. We were so comfortable in this home. Cindie and Ed thought of every need. Summary: My family and I stayed here for about a week, I can't say enough good things about this home. Looks just like the pictures and it is as described. Cindie was very accommodating to my family, I can't say enough good things we will definitely be back in the future. I highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed!

Summary: The house was exactly how it was described on line. Was nice there where a few ammenties there. The bedroom off the kitchen could use a different mattress or frame. Leaned you to middle of bed. Only suggestion id have is to have at least one king bedroom. Managers were easy to talk with and check in and out process was very easy. Thanks for renting your nest.

Summary: This house is very well stocked with towels and condiments which is so helpful when staying just a few days. There’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Although it’s advertised that the pool is heated, it is not, but the pool is very awesome and the hot tub was very enjoyable my kids were in the pool from day to night. Nice location close to many grocery stores and restaurants. My only negative is that the HVAC system had a hard time keeping the house cool. When I contacted the owners they said the system couldn’t keep up with the humidity. I have a son with severe asthma so a warm house was difficult for him to relax and sleep. Otherwise this would have been a five star review.

Summary: This is the second time we stayed in this beautiful home. Ann and Cindi are awesome hosts and do everything to make sure you enjoy your stay. We love the pool and hot tub and enjoyed our morning coffee and happy hour on the covered patio. Lots of games for family fun too! We hosted a lovely dinner party one evening and my father in law enjoyed seeing the kids play in the pool. Conveniently located to Tarpon Springs , great restaurants and mini golf. We will definitely return.

Summary: House is perfect for two couples as each has their own side of the house. Everything was super clean and house was well stocked. Pool area is great and we really enjoyed the hot tub.
