Positive: The location was fantastic. I also liked that the previous renters left behind for use: toilet paper, paper goods, canned foods unused, pool toys, hygene products (We, too, left all of the items we purchased.
Negative: The AC had a hard time getting below 75 between 4p and 10p.
Summary: I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Positive: Pro's- The house was updated and comfortable on the inside. I love a great shower with excellent water pressure. The Master shower had a rainshower head and a hand held shower head ( great for shaving your legs). There were lots of little extras. I am not sure if they were left for us or left behind by the last renter ( popcorn, water bottles, laundry detergent, beer and soda). The bathroom had toiletries including cotton balls and Q Tips. All that made it really nice since we arrived late. The pool was great and my husband and I enjoyed drinking coffee and watching the ducks in the lake each a.m. We were glad we were able to leave our car in the garage since we arrived after dark and were not familiar with the neighborhood. The house was very clean and even smelled fresh. I had a question upon arriving and Brandi, the contact for the home, was quick to respond and was helpful. Cons- The ceiling fan in the Master Bedroom ( which we needed), was very loud and the light did not work. It would have been nice to be able to flip the light on as we entered the room in an unknown house in an unknown neighborhood upon arrival. The mattress was very firm and to some people that would be appealing. We are used to a memory foam or a pillow top mattress. We woke up with back pain each morning. If a pillow top mattress pad or egg crate were on the bed, it would have been more comfortable. The neighborhood was fine, but not as upscale as the price of the rental would reflect. It was an older, lower middle income neighborhood. I would not let it prevent me from renting the home again though. The cable channels available that did not require renting, we're Netflix, Freevie and Disney Plus. I would have preferred that there were blinds on the French doors in the den/dining room that led to the pool. The yard was private, but I feel safer with window treatments in every room ( especially at night)...just a suggestion.
