Large kitchenette, 5 gas burners, fridge with freezer, microwave and dishwasher. 1 double bedroom with possibility of adding an infant bed. 1 bedroom 2/3 places with double bed and 1 loft bed. 1 bathroom, sink, bidet, wc and large shower cubicle, with water heater and electric heater. The living room opens onto a covered patio of about 30 square meters where you can eat, with an adjacent 60 square meters of green lawn where children can play safely or lie down to sunbathe. Externally there is a fabulous multi-jet hot and cold water shower. In the back part of the house there is a large area where you can lay or roast in the barbecue provided, the laundry room with a washing machine. Bed, bath and kitchen linen.

Summary: Owners very helpful, quite location, equipment was complete and clean. We enjoyed the stay very much. 10 min drive to supermarkets and restaurants in Villasimius. Many beautiful beaches within 5-10 minutes by car.

Summary: We spent a wonderful week's holiday with our children at Casa Elena. The location is excellent: many small and larger beaches can be reached in 5-15 minutes by car. A beautiful beach can also be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. There are good shopping facilities about 7 minutes' drive away. The house is in very good condition, was clean and had everything we needed as a family. The communication with the owner was excellent. All in all, a highly recommended holiday home!

Summary: The apartment is located within a typical vacation rental area near Villasimius. Casa Elena is well equipped and has lots of household and beach goods avaiable, we felt very welcome and comfortable during the entire stay. Antonello helped with every question very quickly before and during our time there, being really an outstanding host. The place is a few minutes drive from Villasimius, for bread and daily needs you will also find a small store within 10 min of walking distance. It's a great place!

Summary: We enjoyed the days we spent near Villaismus. It's a great house which is lovely furnished. Absolutely suitable for kids. Our daughter enjoyed playing with the things that are included, like jumping in the trampoline or playing with the plush toys. Looking forward to spend somewhere in future the holidays again.

Summary: We spend 10 days at Villasimius with our family, at Casa Elena. The house is located on a good spot with a beautifull view. The house is cozy and provides everything you need. Especially for the kids there are plenty of toys, also for the beach. The owners Antonello and Fredrica make you feel special and give you good advice where to go. Nearby the house there are many shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches. We had a super holiday! We definitely come back next year! Thanks for everything...

Summary: We had a great stay at the house. The house is clean and well equiped. Lots of toys for our small kids. The area is quiet in low season, but plenty of beautifull beaches nearby and shops and restaurants. Antonello gave us good advice of where to go. Thank you for a great stay! We'll definitely come back.

Summary: We would like to thank Federica and Antonello very much, because we spent beautiful holiday. Villa it is very nice and comfortable and owners was very nice and nothing was a problem. For our daughter it was place where she was very happy becouse there are was lots of toys in spacious and safe garden. Other equipment of villa was perfect.... dishes, towels, bed, toys, cooler bag, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, furniture and all in a beautiful typical design. The whole villa was beautifully fragrant and pure. Surroundings of the villa was very quiet and walking distance of about five minutes was pretty beach, restaurant and shop. However, we recommend you rent a car to visit the city and the many beautiful beaches in surrounding. Certainly this villa is recommend!

Summary: Thank you so much for such a fantasfantastic weeks holiday. It was a really fabulous apartment and we had a very relaxing time even with two children of 2 and 5! The owners made us very welcome and went out of there way to make our stay perfect. We asked if we could arrived earlier and they made sure the house was clean for our arrival earlier than the check in time. The dishwasher was not working when we arrived so the next day they purchased a brand new dishwasher and had it installed whilst we were away at the beach. They also welcomed us with cold beer in the fridge and some milk and other foods to start our stay. The garden was perfect and safe for the children to play which was perfect for us as we do not have a garden. They also have a small child so they left many toys and slides for the children to play with so for them it was a perfect house. The position was fantastic to visit some of the best beaches! There was a beautiful nearby beach too where we would have breakfast in the morning and we ate on the beach one night which was just incredible and all walking distance from the house. The house is beautifully decorated with lots of lovely touches. The house was perfect. There is Air-conditioning in both bedrooms which is ideal although the house is quite cool even in the summer month of August. The kitchen was also well equipt and had everything we needed. We really had a lovely week and thank you for making our stay so perfect. We hope to one day come back! We highly recommend this property and the owners too :)
