Positive: Fantastic location and views. Great host who was responsive and made sure our stay was everything we wanted it to be. Gorgeous pool. Everything was clean. Also local restaurants were great!
Negative: Some of the items (e.g. fridge) were old, but all worked. Single beds couldn't be pushed together to make a double. The only madness of Sardinia, not our villa, was their recycling requirements, which needed all our waste sorted into different bins.
Summary: We were a family of 7 and all of us loved our stay. We would definitely come back!

Positive: The view, the location, the size of the property and the pool.
Negative: There was a cockroach and ant infestation with no attempt to rectify. Very basic supplies and we had to ask for some of the essentials like pool towels and required recycling bags. No effort was made to make the property desirable with overgrown gardens, things left lying around by cleaners, sloppy cleaning and very old appliances. Pool filter needed to be cleaned by us as it hadn’t been done and stopped working. It was eventually fixed. Bbq was unusable. No private beach as stated in description and no information left for guest reference including emergency info. Very expensive for what was offered. This property has amazing potential with just some consideration for the guest experience so we would not recommend booking unless issues are addressed. All of the problems were relayed to the owner.
Summary: Very disappointed as this property has so much potential.
