Negative: Over priced, air conditioning available but sticky, they use too many chemicals to clean the rooms - therefore no good smell in the basement

Positive: Love absolutely everything about Casa, the privacy, autonomy, tranquility, quietness, cleanliness, gorgeous shampoo, and body wash. There is water, tea and coffee provided, wifi flawless, perfect AC, very comfy bed and pillows, lovely balcony with beautiful trees, flowers in sight - no traffic, very quiet street, only lovely birds singing, this is something that you absolutely must appreciate in Mexico as the noise pollution is extreme. Blackout curtains!!! OMG, this is an absolute must as well for quality sleep! I've stayed in Casa before at one of their terrace studios, maybe a couple years back, and I was aldo very impressed back then, the staff have managed to maintain the same high quality, great job guys. I've stayed at many places in Cancún, both mid-range apartments and higher end hotels, and Casa Ikal is the only place I will consider to book next time I'm going, and for an extended quality stay. Thank you guys for your kind attention and for keeping the place beautiful 🙌🏻🪷🌊
Negative: Nothing not to like. Perhaps some folks with mobility issues should be mindful as this is a house with interior yard staircase where the stairs to 2nd and 3rd floors are very narrow and steep, gotta be careful going up and down especially while not very sober and wearing high heels 😏🥴

Positive: Clean, neat, good facilities, comfy bed, great location, good shower, complimentary drinking water, coffee! Very near the local night market, and big supermarket, 10 minute walk from ADO bus, and near the local bus stop to get to the beach
Negative: Nothing, was a great place and would happily stay again

Positive: Great location! Easy to walk or take a quick taxi or uber to the hotel zone or beaches. The kitchenette was equipped with everything you may need, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.
Negative: Couldn’t get the TV to work properly, I had to get help once because the air conditioning wouldn’t shut off, and the burners on the range also didn’t work well. Minor details; otherwise the place was great and I’d definitely stay there again if I’m in Cancun.
Summary: Wonderful stay in Cancun. Highly recommend!!

Positive: I extended my stay here because I felt so comfortable. Everything from the leafy street to the lush courtyard. Whenever I needed something there was someone I could ask right there - Sofia is amazing and ever so friendly, meeting every request and conversation with a smile. Andrea was also gracious in assisting me. Something that’s great for me as a remote worker is that there are ergonomic chairs and various WiFi networks to connect to. Also, I didn’t have to buy water because there is a distilled water dispenser on two floors. This is a fabulous place for digital nomads to know.
Negative: No complaints. I typically only review places I like.
