Summary: Greg was such a good communicator from the very beginning, and remained so. Very helpful with resources for the island, and he clearly cares about being a good host. The property is very well cared for. We loved being in the casita next to the bigger house, all three of the units sharing the pool, grill & washer/drier (accessible from outside). The gates on the property were to keep out the wild horses, but didn't keep out the cats and chickens, which we loved. It's just a few minutes from the ferry terminal--and our Avis rental was about one minute away. And the beaches and sites were all in easy driving distance. I made dinner all four nights we were there, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Overall, it deserves all five of the stars!! We were grateful for the use of coolers and beach chairs that are available to all guests. Clean, comfortable, safe, and a beautiful yard!

Summary: From start to finish, this was a perfect location for a family beach vacation. The host communicated early and often and provided countless tips to help us around the island. Everything we needed was provided and the house was incredibly clean and comfortable. It felt more like visiting a family member than a VRBO. Would definitely recommend again!

Summary: We had such a great time at casa ladera. Usually properties look much cleaner in the pictures than in person, but not this property. My husband is a clean freak and he was estatic to see he did not need to do a once over when we arrived at this property. Greg was very attentive and helpful. The property location is spectacular, close to everything we wanted to do and had a wonderful pool and beach to enjoy in our downtime. Highly recommend.

Summary: We stayed at this VRBO and will have to say that this was top-notch, A+, highly recommended, and a must-stay. From beginning to end, the property manager/owners guided us and provided an in-depth tour of the house which surprisingly has a mother/father-in-law suite that is suitable for larger families visiting this location. The place was immaculate, the pool was ever-so inviting, and the location is just a small walking distance to the beach. I highly recommend others to visit this ideal and tropical paradise if you're ever making a visit to Vieques.

Summary: The pool at the property is amazing. Greg is superb and went above and beyond. He even gave us a ride to the grocery first night before we got our rental car. Great place overall with a great host. will definitely stay again.
