Summary: This apartment was the perfect place to enjoy the beauty of the Lake Como area. Both convenient and beautiful… Varenna is a gem… and so is Giorgio! He was so wonderful, you felt like you were staying with family! We can’t wait to go back!

Summary: This was a great place to stay in Lake Como. This is very close to the train station and to the ferry so you can move around Lake Como very easily while also being in a great location in Varenna itself. Varenna is a very quaint village with a very nice waterfront and little square. View from the balcony is very pretty. This is in a great location to walk to all of the restaurants and shops. Host was great to work with and to give suggestions.

Summary: Place is near the train station, ferry and the lake . Place is clean and has a great view of the lake from balcony. Alberto met us when we arrived , gave us great information about place and answered all questions. Highly recommended place in Varenna.

Summary: Th apartment is conveniently located, and on the main road you can find food and other necessities. Lots of storage, good toilet facilities, crystal pure drinking water from the TAP! Guest bed accommodated an overnight visit from my granddaughter and she said the trundle was comfortable. Ours was a four day stay during which we cooked dinner three times the kitchen was provisioned with excellent cookware options, and proper cutlery and dinnerware. For the money, the value of our stay was outstanding, I have to say something less than stellar. There was a flight of stairs to climb, and Varenna in general is very hilly with lots of steps to climb everywhere so if that’s a problem for you, you might want to pick a different town but believe me as a 70 year old climbing steps to see the sites that I saw was totally worth it.

Summary: This property was perfect for me and my wife. Located just steps from the ferry dock so transportation around Lake Como was easy. The apartment is stocked with everything needed. A small neighborhood grocery store is a five minute walk. The train station is a 10 minute walk. The host communicated via Whatsapp and picked us up at the train station. Perfect stay.

Summary: We were meet at the train station and walked to the place which was a nice touch. It was close to train station which was a plus for us, my thinking is I can always walk to other sites without my luggage! Plenty of closet space in the bedroom. Essential never used the living room since there is a small patio with a nice view; anytime we there we were sitting outside. Also didn’t cook so can’t speak to how stocked it is but the fridge has good space, there was coffee so we didn’t need to buy any. They have a great book with info about restaurant and other local information. I would stay here again absolutely!
