Positive: Mauro was very nice and attentive to our needs. Good ammenities, good shower, hot water all the time, pretty quiet during the night. The place is close to the metro station. Lots of local shops and restaurants.
Negative: The apartment is situated semi-basement. Not necessarily a bad thing, but keep that in mind. No view, but enough natural light. Pretty clean overall, but the livingroom had a slightly damp smell.

Positive: Nice location, clean appartement, surrounding has a lot of beautiful places to eat. The metro line A is very close, so you are in the city within a few minutes. Supermarket is 20 meters to walk. It is perfect for families.

Positive: Mauro met us showed us the flat. Clean and all cooking essentials there. Grocery store and car park just 1/2 block away to your left down the alley way. Tram and busses out front gate turn right left at signal 2 blocks forward turn left you'll see the tram steps. Great neighborhood away from the busy tourist areas. Atms banks all within 1 block laundry right next door. Would highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay in rome!

Positive: Very spacious, clean, and comfortable, the owner is awesome, we had a great stay all around.
Negative: It was hard to get to and into, located inside a housing complex, the location is not good for a tourist, nothing around to see and far from everything however for a good value drop off and near a metro station. Additionally, breakfast was supposed to be included in the deal, We stayed for a total of 5 days, all we had were a few crossants and biscuits from the grocery store that were hardly edible, they were left at the kitchen from the first day with a few juices in the fridge. that is not a breakfast if you ask me, and it should not be included in the deal as it was the reason for us going with this apartment as our choice.

Positive: Great location, near the metro station, supermarket, few pizza places, big park for the morning baby walks etc. The owner Mauro is the best guy ever, greeted us with the gift for the baby, gave us recommendations for local restaurants with authentic Italian food, checked up on us if we need something and if our stay is comfortable. We had everything we needed, from quick breakfast to shampoo, hair dryer and more.
