Summary: Paolo was an amazing host! He was welcoming, sat with us and explained the ins and outs of the property and gave us great walking and dining directions (which we followed!) The a/c worked great and the property was very clean. We were able to find free parking in front of the building.

Summary: Host was nice. He explained all about nice places around Big Room for family and were good and separate bathroom Stayed in potos room. Shared corridor kitchen very clean n nice. Equipped with everything what needs for cooking, washing, day to day things Wifi available, nearby 24 hr supermarket. Underground was 5 min walk Balcony attached We recommend it for big family visiting rome.

Summary: Martini Bed was an excellent choice for our accommodation in Rome, while on a family trip. Conveniently close to the subway, clean, quiet, and air-conditioned -- features we greatly appreciated. Personalized individual attention to our questions by the staff was a welcomed bonus! Summary: Only 15min by metro from all the attractions with a 24h supermarket down the street, a pharmacy and many restaurant options nearby! My family and I prefered this quieter neighborhood and would come back!

Summary: Our family stay was wonderful. The place was exactly what we wanted, clean, and with all amenities. We did not mind the short traveling by metro. We were close enough the city but far for a more subdued and integrated atmosphere. Paolo and his assistant were friendly and extremely helpful. We would stay again.

Summary: Building itself was well cared for but the area was questionable. We had no problems but I would have been nervous to have been by myself in the area. Building itself was very secure! Ate at a great restaurant recommended by our host. Convenient to metro into town for all of the museums and sites. Electricity went out overnight which caused us to lose hot water early in the morning, host was quickly contacted by emergency phone and rectified issue immediately. Overall great value for a clean stay, convenient to attractions with comfortable beds.
