Negative: The room has no heat, and it was freezing. The water was barely hot enough for a shower. The person who took our reservation didn't know how to use a debit machine. If I verify

Positive: Friendly restaurant staff. Good breakfast. Free water bottle every day. There is a bus stop that takes you to Chichi town.

Negative: From the moment we arrived, the Venezuelan manager tried to upsell the rooms. Finally she convinced us saying they'd be more quiet The rooms had no TV signal and WiFi cut in and out, making it impossible to work. The owner's daughter who is 20 and dating the property owner came to check on the TV signal. She was rude and disrespectful. She said" it's not my fault". Well, it sure wasn't our fault. The horses roam free but they don't pick up the manure frequently. After all the hassle, they refunded us the surcharge but it's not my idea of relaxation. The place is situated right on the highway near 2 dangerous curves so there's loud honking all night.

Positive: hotel room was very clean, restaurant was nice and affordable, you need car or taxi if you need go to to the town or any other place since hotel is located ad the road between quiche and chichicastenango. staff were friendly.

Negative: there was no hot water in the shower, I think they were using only solar heating and there was raining season the day I stayed there.

Positive: Breakfast was okay, nothing too special. We liked our room, in front of which we were able to park our car. We stayed here one night since we wanted to go visit the market in Chichicastenango. It's a little bit outside of town, which was great, because it was quiet. I'd stay here again for sure! Very clean, staff was friendly.

Positive: Furniture and all new and clean. Easy to reach Chichi by stopping buses in front of the hotel. Breakfast and restaurant are nice.

Negative: Missing space for clothes and other stuff. Only one chair. Partly noise from honking horns.
