4 Bedroom Villa in Capo Zafferano, Santa Flavia

The house is located at an altitude of about 100 meters above sea level, in a breathtaking position overlooking the entire Gulf of Capo Zafferano (Mongerbino).
Casa Panoramica has a large terrace facing the sea, a part of which is covered, a large garden and three outdoor showers. Behind the house there is an external brick kitchen, a barbecue and an outdoor living area to live in the summer !!
The sea, which you have before your eyes throughout the holiday, is only 2 minutes from the house.
Transport from / to airport, car rental.
We also thought of giving our guests the opportunity to spend half a day on the boat to visit the wonders of our coast
The house, independent, is located in a very quiet and peaceful residential area. The entrance is through the gate in the main street, or via Litoranea, hence a steep residential private road leads to the small gate of the house. A few kilometers from the motorway exit and the Bagheria train station reachable by car.
Guests have access to the internet wifi service and also use the outdoor furniture, chairs, table, chairs and barbecue to use in moments of relaxation.
Car rental is recommended.

Summary: Fantastic view and location to see the ocean and the mountains. Very spacious terrasse and all you need to enjoy your meals outside with peace and quiet.

Summary: Giuliano was wonderful and the place beautiful. Great communication, clean place and when we needed some thing, Giuliano was on it. One bathroom in "master" bedroom smelled terribly but all others were fine and everything else was in great condition. I only gave it a 4/5 on location as it would have been nicer to have been able to walk to the town or some other activities but guess it may be a trade off as the view was spectacular. The pizza restaurant near by, walk-able, was terrific--lovely people and great food but otherwise not that much in walking distance and Palermo was little longer to get into then I thought. However, it was a very relaxing and wonderful spot and I would definitely stay again and recommend the place to others.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in the house. The views over the coast are breathtaking and the house is very nice and very well located. The only thing that could be improved are the sofas since they’re uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect. Giuliano was very helpful and pleasant. We would go back with no doubt.

Summary: The villa was perfect for a group of 6..rustic and authentic on hillside looking over the bay and the cape. Al fresco breakfasts was a highlight. The lido down the hill was a perfect place to chill. Don't need to go too far..Palermo and Cefalu are a.drive away..and local villages of Santa Flavia and Bagheria had lots to offer. Giuliano and Carmelo were very helpful hosts and responded promptly.

Summary: The villa was great and its setting overlooking the bay was wonderful with easy access to the beach. It was well located for trips to Palermo (the train from Santa Flavia made getting there easy) and other places of interest, and all amenities close by. Our host, Giuliano, was very friendly and helpful - his English was far better than our Italian and he also arranged a boat trip around the bay for us. Would highly recommend
