Positive: Location great, good views and nice balcony. Everything fairly new and worked!
Negative: Hot water seemed limited - could just do a couple of showers but no more. Suggested this is looked into as it was the only real issue with the facility.

Positive: Wonderful views, very spacious & the water cooler was a bonus, to save carrying water up the mountain to our appartment.
Negative: the air conditioning & fan did not work in the bedroom so sleepless nights. walking up about 70 steps to the apartment at 80 years old did not help. Small coffee machine only filled to expresso cups, so you had to do about 3 percolations & put them in the thermos flask which was fantastic having the flask. The noise was horrendous from barking dogs, seagulls & pigeons,
Summary: Very nice apartment wonderful views which you never tired off.

Negative: Lack of electric kettle, lack of hot water in the bathroom in Opuntia appartment (great that there are 2 in the appartment), i asked the personnel that there was no gas in the kitchen and she didnt do anything. We used kitchen in the other appartment as we rented both for our bit family. You pay and you dont get, thats not fair!

Positive: Very beautiful apartment, the kitchen is very well equipped. The view on the sea and the mountains is marvellous (from the living room and the terrace).
Negative: The electricity fee is not included and they ask a fee which is more than 0.50 euros per kw/h which is much more they pay themselves.

Negative: If the apartment next door is occupied, you’re essentially sharing your beautiful terrace with your neighbours. A wooden trellis is all that separates the two properties, not a lot of privacy. The mosquito screens built in the doors and windows don’t all fit properly, except to get eaten if windows are open at night. Finally, (and I understand why they do it) you can be charged for electricity. The meter is read on arrival and departure. It deters people leaving the ac on 24hrs.
Summary: This apartment was so nice we stayed twice!

Positive: The views are incredible. Particularly the living room and balcony. The size is also very good.
Negative: You had to pay an extra 30 euro for late check in. We were not charged, but they said if you stay longer you need to pay for electricity (I am not sure why this is not covered in the rental price). It just feels like they are trying to get as much money from you as possible.
