Positive: Casa Roza is located in the lovely Istrian region, surrounded by calm small village, which gives the locatian a special glow. The hosts were wonderful and always ready to help. The house is perfectly equipped for a holiday retreat. 10/10 would recommend!

Positive: Location was perfect, good to have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, big kitchen and small garden

Negative: Not all the beds were comfy. The ensuite bathroom had a bad smell

Positive: The house was really near to the beach, in a charming little street. It was perfect for 8 people and was very comfort. The house is not in the same building as Finques Compte, you have to walk upside to the next street, then turn left 😉

Negative: The back 2 rooms were a little bit warm, but with the air condition and ventillators it is better. If you come with taxi be forward looking, it is very difficult to call them, because nobody speaks english.

Positive: everything was perfect. the house and the surrounding garden are beautiful. we were there in July and there were many butterflies and bumblebees flying on to the bloooming lavender, you have complete privacy and the surrounding is quiet. the pool was just the right size and the umbrellas were sturdy and big enough to provide us with shade the whole day, the house is clean and well equipped. We really appreciated the cool wine, water and ice creams that were left for us in the fridge <3 i think we'll book it next year as well.

Negative: the wi-fi connection could have been better, but it was enough for regular surfing and messaging.
