Summary: This was our best stay in Guatemala. We stayed for 29 days. The linens were changed weekly by the hotel staff, they also did a light cleaning every week as well. All communication went through the hotel once you were here, and they were fabulous. Natalia was responsive and accommodating. The house was very clean and comfortable. Be aware of scorpions and sand flies, they are definitely in this area around the lake.

Summary: Can't say enough amazing things about our 4-week stay here. It's private, immaculately clean, and the location is perfect. Angelica came weekly for cleanings, and she did a phenomenal job. It’s surrounded in nature so be prepared for the sometimes bugs that come with that, but it was worth it to us 100x over. This property is on site with a hotel (Hotel San Buenaventura) and the restaurant that served both was delicious and fairly priced. You had consistent access to the front desk for any needs or questions - including booking a massage where the massage therapist would come to the house. Armando was our main contact at the desk, and he was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. There is access to a gorgeous, warmed pool, and it’s just a simple walk past the pool for lake access - with stunning views, of course. When we come back to Panajachel, we absolutely plan to stay here again. Very thankful to feel at home, welcomed, and safe during our entire stay. Hugs and gratitude to Armando, Angelica, Maria, and Dona Natalia.
