Casa Suspiro is a magnificent beachfront house with over 6,500 sf of living space. There are 180+ degree ocean views from every level. It is located on a quiet, white-sand beach alcove, Playa Careyeros. The house was designed by the architect and owner of one of Mexico’s most exclusive and beautiful boutique hotels, Casita Mía de Mita. It was created so that one can move seamlessly from indoors to outdoors, to both retire in cool comfort and take full advantage of the beauty of the outdoors and the year-round pleasant temperatures. Each space is beautifully crafted and decorated in casual chic Mexican elegance. The architect carefully created spaces where you and your immediate family can have some intimate time, as well as spaces where you can share meals, games, cocktails and more with your larger party.

House and amenities
• the house has four bedrooms (plus one attached room with a single bed), three full baths and two half baths, two living rooms, a dining room, a large fully operating kitchen with massive bar/island, a tv/entertaining room, a wrap-around deck in the master suite, two outdoor balconies in two other bedrooms, an office, & a beach level shower, an outdoor pool family room, a swim-up bar, a heated pool, and much more. Three of the four bedrooms include sumptuous pull-out queen sofa beds with comfortable gel tops. The base rate is for 6 people, there is an additional per person fee of $75 for up to 4 more people with owner approval.
• Good Wifi for working, AC in all the bedrooms, paddle-boards, a two-person sea kayak, boogie boards, tv to use your Netflix and other streaming accounts, large portable speaker and Sonos speakers to hook up to phones, fully equipped kitchen including a mini-refrigerator (master suite, pool bar), and board games!
Beach
The hoise in on the beach with the pool looking directly over the beautiful white sand beach below. You'll have private access that goes directly to the beach. Open the beach door and like magic, you are there! The beach is long and beautiful, protected on one side by Punta Mita private resort (what they call Kapuri Beach), and the other by a raised rock point. The sand drops gradually into the beautiful, warm blue water where the fish and birds dance and the dophins and whales swim by between November and April. Go for a swim, hike to the point, paddleboard or play soccer on the beach – it's all waiting for you!

Summary: We had the most amazing time at the house. Tere and Luz were the best hosts and the 3 meals we had them cook were incredible. Rosalinda is so sweet. Summary: Rosalinda is hands-down the best owner we’ve ever worked with before. Her staff is very friendly, attentive, and kind. Rosalinda helped us schedule cooks/chefs and helped us with restaurant suggestions etc. We barely left the property as it has everything you need in terms of different spaces, the pool was awesome and the beach is incredible and very private. Even though there is public access, it’s basically your beach. The families that did come to the beach were not loud and didn’t play music, etc. It was by far the best family vacation we’ve had.

Summary: Rosalinda was extremely communicative and helped us with activities, dinner and breakfast menus and any other questions we had. Our stay was perfection with Tere and staff taking care of the delicious food and all the cleaning. A true vacation for our families. The house is well stocked with boogie boards, chairs, towels etc. It was a wonderful vacation, I would highly recommend!

Summary: We gathered with our adult children for a week-long relaxing reunion. We took a few adventures around the area and enjoyed a couple of the delicious restaurants that Rosalinda recommended. But by far our favorite times we’re hanging at the pool, swimming in the beautiful ocean, and enjoying Tere’s amazing meals! The atmosphere, the gorgeous home and the supportive staff made this one of our favorite vacations ever! We would definitely return and recommend the home to others Thank you Rosalinda and Tere!
