Positive: Thank you to the staff and host for such a fantastic stay! This Villa was lovely and perfectly appreciated. Everything you needed and more was provided..from quality bedding, comfortable mattress, nice sun loungers, new towels for both the bathroom and the beach, Full kitchen and gorgeous lounge area on the Rooftop and kitchenette in the suit. This spot exceeded expectations and the host was veey accommodating with our requests. We had come to this area to find a Dark spot on the beach to watch the Lyrid Meteor shower and this was a perfect choice. The sound of the waves so close lulled me into a coma and I slept the best I have in ages.
Negative: I didn't like having to leave and go back home jajajajaja
Summary: Exceeded Expectations! My new favorite hideaway

Positive: Clean, comfortable and stylish. I loved the details. There were many thoughtful touches that made this place very enjoyable. The community kitchen was great considering there is only one restaurant accessible by walking. Definitely recommend having a car and getting some groceries before arriving. Bonus: the owners were here during our stay and they are lovely people. Great beach views even though it is above the road and not on the beach. Other bonuses: in room coffee and mini fridge, lots of hot water, easy self check in, felt very secure.
Negative: All things considered, I do love being right on the beach. You can walk the equivalent of a block down the road and hit a beach access and the view of the beach and sound of the waves are wonderful.
Summary: Great stay in Mita if you have a car.

Positive: The management staff for this property were extremely responsive and went above and beyond. They were also very accommodating and made our visit very enjoyable. Great job and thank you!
Negative: The pool water could have been slightly warmer!

Positive: We had the most magical stay. In the morning, from our room, we saw whales in the bay. We walked down to hotel basalto for breakfast. However, there are facilities here to cook. Just across the street is the main entrance to the beach. Its perfect white sand. The pool is also very relaxing! We had lunch at barracuda restaurant (so good!). Our room was clean and perfect for two people! The A/C unit kept us very comfortable at night. Highly recommend this place!!!

Positive: Rosa and Isabella were so nice and welcoming! They both deserve a raise and a vacation. The view was amazing, we watched the whales from the hammock in the room. We almost did not book here because there were no recent reviews, but I found out that was because it was damaged in the 2023 hurricane and we were the first guests since they re-opened. I’m super glad we booked here, it was pretty quiet with the only sound being the birds and the waves for the most part.
