Summary: And we booked first for next year, before writing this review and sharing with everybody how perfect this place is... It is simply everything you dream of when thinking of a holiday in Italy. The view of the lake from the terrace never gets boring and compliments the amazing garden, swimming pool and mountain background. The apartment has everything you need plus more (eg airco and window shutters). The family that owns this place are so welcoming and so nice, they feel like family to us now as well. The lake and its surroundings are so beautiful, you totally understand all the movies that were shot there. Just one thing: if you do mind waking up from the church bells at 07:30, bring ear plugs. But then you will have the perfect holiday! Thank you Sara and Nicoletta for the great care, the good tips and the amazing vegetables! See you next year...

Summary: Apartment very clean and tidy and in great position overlooking garden with olive trees and large pool. Great location 2 mins walk to lake and close to many pretty towns and villages. Thank you Nicoletta and Sara - we much enjoyed our stay, the pool and our little friend Piccola who we miss very much.

Summary: This is an excellent property, very clean, light and well proportioned. We had an excellent stay, thoroughly enjoyable, this property is nice an quiet and the lovely pool is a welcome bonus. An excellent area in which to base yourself as public transport links, whether by road or water are excellent. We had a hired car but hardly needed it. I can really recommend this property for a nice relaxing holiday and will definitely be back.
