2 Bedroom Apartment in Santa Maria - Rezzonico, San Siro

New apartment with wonderful lake view of the glamorous central area of the Lake (Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna) situated in a small complex with private access road and parking. This residence is located within easy reach of the lake front beaches with many local bars and restaurants. The pretty town of Meneggio is only 6 mins away with its boutique shops and fantastic eateries. From this location the whole of the Lake is easily explored by taking one of the many boat trips that navigate the lake.
This apartment is a new two storey apartment and is beautifully furnished. It comprises an open plan Lounge, Kitchen and Dining area, with a stylish glass table that comfortably seats six and a new modern sofa. Large glazed french doors open onto the spacious balcony / alfresco dining area with breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains, Furnished with large table and chairs to seat six. The fully fitted kitchen area has all mod cons including a dishwasher.
The main bedroom has a luxurious king size bed with ample storage and wardrobe space and a window overlooking the lake. The adjacent en suite bathroom is fitted with a large shower, wc and bidet.
From the open plan living dining area, stairs to the lower level reveal the second bedroom with 1 x King-size and 2 x single beds again with en-suite bathroom, shower, wc and bidet. There is also a door from this level leading to the private fenced garden, with a further gate leading to the pool area. The garden is ideal for sunbathing. There is also a private cobbled court yard with a small table and chairs to the rear of the property, this area is ideal to get away from the heat of the day during the summer months.

Pool opens 1st June to 30th September, weather permitting it may open / close earlier. As most of the properties are private residence's and not holliday homes the pool is often very quite and you will probably find yourself with the pool all to yourself.

Summary: This apartment was a great place to stay while on Lake Como. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Be sure to have a reliable car to get you up all the switchbacks and try to arrive during the day so you can look for all the appropriate landmarks as you find your way.

Summary: Our stay, with two teenage girls, was lovely. The location was beautiful and within easy driving distance to everything you would want (restaurants, ferries, boat rental, small supermarket). The balcony was nice to sit on in the evening and enjoy a drink. The basement was great for sleeping on hot nights. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked. The check in process was easy. The driving and parking directions are a little tricky but fine once you’ve found the place. It was a great stay and if we were ever back in the area we would stay there again.

Summary: Our host, Gary, was very helpful with driving instructions and information about the area. The apartment's location is perfect for visiting Menaggio and Bellagio. The patio had spectacular views of the snow capped mountains and Lake Como. Enjoyed our stay at Apartment Tulipano!

Summary: We spent a week in this lovely apartment. It was spotlessly clean and in a beautiful location. The pool was very clean with plenty of sun loungers around it and very often it was just us using it. Balcony was a good size with great views across the lake. Gary was really helpful and responded to queries straight away. Very short walk to a little shop that sold the essentials and a very short drive to nearby restaurants and bars. Can’t think of any negatives. Thank you for a lovely week.
