Positive: Marc and Katty were very warm and hospitable throughout our stay. Their rooms are on one side of a beautifully appointed house. We stayed in the family room with our two young children. The beds were very comfortable and our hosts had left some small things like teas and coffee to make our stay relaxed. We also had access to the hot tub in the garden which was a treat! Marc was on hand to give us excellent advice about the local area and the best way to visit nearby Ghent. We wouldn't just recommend, we are going to come back!

Positive: Marc and Katty were great hosts - incredibly warm and welcoming. This was the perfect place for us to visit both Brugge and Ghent during our time in Belgium. It was very well located with easy public transport into the city. Marc was super helpful, offering great recommendations and travel tips. After sight seeing during the day, the jaccuzi was the perfect way to end the day and relax! And the breakfast was fantastic! We highly recommend Casa de Kama.

Positive: Amazing hosts, so friendly with a "our home is your home" hospitality. So kind to the kids as well. Comfortable beds, very clean room topped off with an amazing breakfast, fresh juice from the orange juicing machine which the kids loved and amazing pastries freshly made on the premises. Thank you Marc!! Local convenience store 2 min walk.

Positive: This B&B was an unexpected delight. We only expected A room to crash in after a long road trip. However we were treated by the lovely Marc and shown the facilities at our disposal. The children had a blast in the jacuzzi and hammocks, meeting the chickens and cat. We had a lovely evening and formed some core family memories. 100% reccomend

Positive: I had the pleasure to stay in Marc's house. A Home with a Heart and Soul. He is was very welcoming, he didn't hesitate to show the house and answered all my questions. He is very kind and smiley person. I was enjoyed a delicious breakfast! The taste of home-baked bread and croissants impossible to forget! Nice place for Family holidays.

Positive: The welcome! Marc was wonderful and so jovial when we came in. He showed us around the common area downstairs which was equipped with their full kitchen that we could use to cook under Cathy's "supervision" and a sitting area. We also found out we had our own private entrance in the back and access to a washer and dryer and an extra bathroom (WC) in addition to the one we had in our room. Marc led upstairs to the room which was an elegantly converted attic with a sink, a shower with a toilet, a large bed and two small ones. All in one room. There was an expresso machine that he replenished every day, tea bags, chocolates outside of the room and a water bottle, glasses, and MMs for the kids. Outside, they have hens in a closed-in area and a nice cat whom they call "the real boss of the place." Their garden in the back is absolutely beautiful and very nice to hang out on the patio and deck where you can picnic or eat and drink at a large table with plenty of chairs and a nice parasol. Loved every minute of it.
Negative: This is definitely challenging for 4 adults since the shower is almost in the same room as the toilet which is "looking" right at the shower. we did not mind, but it is good to know. There's no room for the folded table and chairs with 3 beds; it would have been nice to be able to use those too, but you have the downstairs area with a full kitchen and table. The only window (which goes all the way to the floor) overlooks the neighbor's yard and house and you must pull the shade down to have some privacy, since you can see through the window into part of the shower. We only had one and a half drawer to put our clothes in, so we kept everything in our suitcases that we had to put alongside the beds or in the back, next to the toilet and shower. The two small beds are a bit hard and might give you a backache like it did for us, or not. There is an intermittent, regular, soft, droning sound coming from the utility room just below the bedroom. It might get hot in the summer but in May it was nice. The stairs are steep but not as dangerous as in the Netherlands! If you are not conformable driving your car in tight spaces and if you do not know how to do a 5-point turn (or more) in a tight space, well, ... practice before you enter the driveway. The common area locks at 10pm which is when they go to bed. But one night we all stayed up having a grand old time with Marc. What a nice couple!
