Positive: Beautiful sea view. Near to small beach. You need to go left and behind wooden gate. Near to San Teodoro. Near to Aquarius diving center with diving and snorkeling trips. Everything was on site. Kitchen and bedrooms was fine. Private parking. Really everything was good.

Positive: The location was perfect. It's in a housing complex, well organised and with beautiful gardens. We loved the gardens, and our 1-year son was delighted to run through them. The house is decent, though not modern, and it's clear it has seen better days. The kitchen is decently stacked, and we were able to cook and do everything we needed with it. There are no close supermarkets, only beautiful beaches, with a tiny one about 300m from the location. For the supermarket, you need to drive to San Teodoro, which is 10 km away or so. The reception lady was outstanding and very friendly to us. She tried her best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Our son got food poisoning the night before our check-out, and we had to rush him to the hospital in Olbia. They allowed us to do a late check-out since we only got back from the hospital around noon. They also tried their best to accommodate all our other requests. Their service made me give this accommodation a 10; otherwise, it's more like an 8.
Negative: There are a few things we didn't like. But two important ones need mentioning: 1. The location is a mosquito paradise. I have never been to a place with soo many mosquitos. They swarm you at night. For this reason, it's essential to have functional mosquito nets. Unfortunately, the mosquito nets at the accommodation were damaged when we arrived. The one for the terrace was poorly put into place and didn't close properly, but we managed to fix it. Though it still had some holes. The one in the bathroom was utterly broken, and eventually, we pulled it down and kept it in place with some rocks. 2. The beds are terrible. They have iron beds that are incredibly noisy when you move around in them, and the mattresses are pretty beaten. Please be aware there is no WiFi, and the 4G/5G signal is pretty poor but decent enough for some remote work.
