An architectural jewel set in the marine area of Capo Coda Cavallo where the Mediterranean maquis blends with the spectacular scenery of lights and colors offered by the Coast. Hints of juniper, myrtle and strawberry tree fill the outside with a large lawn that alternates with a solarium area with deck chairs and heated shower, the wide veranda allows you to eat and fully enjoy the relaxation offered by the sofas of the living area.
Equipped with all comforts, it also has a beach just 150m away and is just over 10 minutes from the wonderful beach of Capo Coda Cavallo. The perfect choice for those who love the crystal clear waters of the East Coast and its breathtaking colours.
Guests of the villa can use the shared swimming pool present in the village.

The sinuous lines of the interior are combined with luxury furniture designed to offer an unforgettable experience for the guest. Villa Sol Diesis is arranged on two floors, the large windows and monochromatic walls make the living area a bright and pleasant space, where music lovers will be delighted with the magnificent Piano Royale. The first level consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a well equipped kitchen.
In the second level there are two double bedrooms both sea view, one with en-suite bathroom and shower with chromotherapy, the sleeping area includes another bathroom and laundry. Villa Sol Diesis with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms can sleep up to 6 guests comfortably.
Electricity costs must be paid separately at the end of the stay on consumption; it will be applied the rate per kwh present at the time of your stay.
NOTE: we would like to inform our guests that there is a room service once a week on Wednesday; mandatory and included in the price.
The gardener will carry out the maintenance (mandatory) of the garden once a week.
Extra services on request:
- linen (sheets and bathroom towels): 20 euro per person (to be booked in advance);
- beach towels: euro 8,00 per person one off;
- baby cot: euro 50,00 each one off;
- high chair: euro 50,00 each one off;
- Pets: euro 100,00 each one off.
NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms of which a refund is expected, a 25 euro cancellation management fee will be charged. Bank transfer costs are not refundable

Summary: Abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno nella splendida Villa Sol Diesis all’interno del Villaggio Est a Capo Coda Cavallo; è stata una bellissima vacanza, casa curata nei minimi dettagli, con arredi ricercati e di pregio, ovviamente quello che ci ha convinti a scegliere questa splendida dimora è stata la vista, purtroppo le foto non rendono giustizia alla bellezza del panorama. Come ultima cosa mi sento di segnalare che è possibile arrivare direttamente in spiaggia e che spiaggia, con una breve passeggiata di 10 minuti, senza dover spostare l’auto, perfetto per chi vuole davvero godersi una vacanza relax. Summary: Kudos to the owner and the architect/interior designer of this villa! It is a beautiful blend of traditional Sardinian architecture and luxury, modern features, and convenience. Really impressed! We had a wonderful time. The beach is a 10 min walk from the villa - not ideal but it wasn't a problem for us. There is a very small beach right below which is only 5 min away. The view is magnificent! Photos don't do it full justice. Nothing is lacking in convenience. Including air conditioning which is rare in Sardinia but a must on hot nights with no wind. The bathrooms are a piece of art – photos don’t tell the full story there ether. There were a few “rules” imposed by the owner which initially took as aback, such as “don’t put on the kitchen countertops anything that could stain them!”, or “this table must stay covered because it is very expensive”. This didn’t exactly make us welcome, thought it didn’t spoil our experience to a point of not wanting to come back either. Anna, who managed our check-in and check-out, was a joy. Addressed every request and question we had, and gave us some excellent recommendations.
