Positive: Hazel the building manager/receptionist is the best! Super friendly, helpful and flexible. Condos are a little dated but very spacious and well equipped. Lovely nice soft towels, better than a lot of high end hotels! Good value for money.

Positive: The view from the balcony is amazing. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. The apartment is very spacious, lots of space for privacy also.
Negative: There weren't any available channels to watch on the TV and the reflection of the patio door/windows makes it impossible for you to watch anything during the day if you stream from your phone.
Summary: Worth it....

Positive: Room was clean, lock was passcode so no keys to worry about, staff was friendly and helpful, all facilities was in working order
Negative: There is no lift/elevator, you have to haul your luggage up the stairs. The location of the apartment is quite far from everything, so had to spend a lot on cabs. The nearest beach is still quite far to walk to, with steep hills to climb. Not recommended if you have small children.

Positive: View, balcony, staff, large rooms & showers large kitchen, fridge, washing machine and cooker.
Negative: No lift (we were on 2nd floor!). Bed in en-suite bedroom was too high! No bedside tables in other bedroom. Dishwasher not working. No hot water for 2 days. Completely no water for 1 day and no updates on progress. No bin bags supplied or simple supplies like salt, pepper, washing up liquid. Dining chairs high and hard. Despite having cable TV, a previous guest had not deleted their Netflix account on it so the only channel available was YouTube. No 24 hour availability to ask or request help or information unfortunately.
Summary: Lovely spot and clean, friendly but inefficient facilities and services.

Positive: I like the view and the beach was in walking distance . I like that they also had a place we could order food from if we didn’t want to leave our room.
Negative: The parking and getting to the place can be improved and one of the glass balcony door could not lock and a lot of small ants would be in your food if you leave it out to long .
Summary: It’s a great place to stay i would definitely suggest going there again to anyone.
