Positive: So many great things! The location was great, close to so many bars/restaurants. Caye Casa also has one of the best views with a beach and dock right out front. The patio was also perfect for morning or late night, even when raining since there is an overhang. Jake and Shane made sure we felt very welcome and Shane gave a great overview of the area and was around for anything we needed.
Negative: The only thing we didn’t like is that we weren’t there longer! :)

Positive: Due to a leak in our room from the high winds and rain we were upgraded to a room with a full kitchen and living space. Also it had a large balcony with a view of the water. It was great to have all the extra room and cooking space. The place also offered laundry service for free. Very close to restaurants and bars. Staff helped arrange a golf cart rental to get around. Also assisted with taxi to and from the condo.
Negative: I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like.
Summary: Amazing stay at Caye Casa. The upgraded place had everything we needed and the staff was fantastic.

Positive: If you’re thinking of staying on Ambergris Caye, then I would highly recommend Caye Casa. What a fantastic oceanfront gem! The staff was amazing, especially Shane, the front desk manager. The room was lovely and the vibe of the whole place was fantastic. It felt like home away from home.

Positive: The room was very clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the front patio. And Jake was a great host, incredibly friendly and very attentive.
Negative: It was a little more raucous than expected, with sounds from the Wayos bar. But we’d still come back.

Positive: We had the entire top floor - spacious, quiet, relaxing, HUGE beds, gorgeous view. But the highlight was Jake and him helping to plan our vacation - he knew exactly who to recommend when we told him what we wanted to do. He was spot on. I highly, highly, highly recommend Belize Celebrity Diving for any fishing you want to do (501) 670-0758 oscariboy@hotmail.com. We had so much fun we went out twice. He can customize what you want - in reef, out of reef, snorkeling at Hol Chan (for as long as you want not trapped in a tour). Seriously, reach out to him. For food, yes, the bakery others mention is great for grab and go. For sitting down, walk down the beach to Cool Beans for everything homemade and delicous. A little pricer due to homemade standards but so worth it. Fantastic family trip.
Negative: The weather was only ok. We just had fun through the weather and we were proof you can still have fun in paradise with less than perfect weather.
