Summary: The hotel itself is okay, but very large and its easy to get turned around. Parking isn't always convenient to your room. It's always busy and noisy. Bathrooms in the rooms are tiny and they have no outlet in them to use the hairdryer. Obviously it is very convenient to Cedar Point and the beach which is the main perk. We had to return to the front desk to get our early entry paper for Cedar Point. I wish the front desk would just make that part of checking in.

Summary: The park is amazing as always but the hotel experience is just mediocre. They could really do better with dedicated hotel concierges instead of relying on college kids. Rooms were clean and well stocked, though, so that's a plus. The food at the hotel was hit or miss and TGI Fridays is horrific (service and food quality).

Summary: Early entrance into the park was awesome. We didn’t use most amenities at the hotel, but the beach access was fun! However, the room bathroom needs a fan for humidity purposes.

Summary: Location next to Cedar Point is fantastic, that is what you are paying for. The beach is also great and we enjoyed the cabanas and views. Besides that, very limited food options, slow service all around, one bartender at TGI Fridays and the Beach Bar every night; everything had an hour+ wait. Felt like it wasn’t properly staffed everywhere for the busy summer season. Rooms aren’t cleaned every day but you do get clean towels if you ask.

Summary: The hotel was very clean. The rooms were kind of cramped for a family of 4 with 2 teenage kids, but definitely didn't deter from our overall stay. It was fantastic having easy access to the park near Magnum & the waterpark (+ 1 hour early entry!). Nice selection of restaurants, pools, and hot tubs on site + easy access to the beach. Wonderful!

Summary: $1350 for 3 nights. More than most Disney & Universal. We paid it for our family of four to stay on property for the first ever visit to Cedar Point. Upon checkin, there were five attendants but only two that didnt disapear is the back by the time we got to the front of the line. I think it was Dan/Don who checked us in. He was very disinterested in helping us or welcoming us. Dry & put forth no effort to educate us or explain the hotel/ammenities. I had to ask for four early entry passes as he only handed me two & our reservation clearly stated we were a family of 4. Once we walked in the room we were pleased until I entered the bathroom. There was a bowl full of toilet paper in the toilet unflushed. No waste. I assumed the maid cleaned the toilet & didnt flush it. Then I went to take a shower before bed. Once entering the shower, i turned around and noticed two open, half used, travel size bottles of hotel complimentary hair care/bath wash. Around the edge of the tub, I noticed multiple small hairs (assume pubic hair). Obviously the tub/shower was never cleaned. The maid never cleaned during our stay;only dropped off towels. Beds never were made. I called the property during our visit & was placed into the voicemail for "Paul" of who never returned the call. The beach was pretty until you walked out. Dead bird and fish which had all been dead for a LONG time. Outside/backside needs cleaned in a bad way. SUPER DISAPPOINTED. POOR. DIRTY. MONEY GRAB. STAY AWAY.

Summary: It was clean on inside, the may flies on outside were pretty excessive, but maybe it was the breeding season?
