Positive: Our stay at the resort was truly exceptional. The property is new, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing experience from the moment we arrived. Service The level of service exceeded our expectations. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention goes to Mazko, who was particularly attentive and made our stay even more enjoyable. Food & Dining The dining experience was outstanding. For the first two days, we enjoyed a set menu (à la carte) at two of the resort’s restaurants, followed by buffet-style dining at the Gallery Restaurant for the remainder of our stay. The food was consistently excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Executive Chef Faisal, Chef Hassan, and Chef Thakendra for their dedication and hospitality. We also deeply appreciated Amal for the support and warm service throughout our stay. The entire team went above and beyond to meet our needs and ensure every meal was a delight. Facilities & Ambience The resort’s facilities are top-notch. The entire property is peaceful and serene, making it a perfect getaway for rest and relaxation. The villas, in particular, were quiet, spacious, and elegantly designed—we thoroughly enjoyed every moment spent there.
