Negative: The apartment was very tired and outdated, and the kitchen was very basic. The fridge was tiny and low for accessibility. Electric cooker, though functional, has seen better days. Nice bathroom. The lift could be quite noisy at times. Not good value for money.

Positive: Location is one of the key attractions, even so the apartment had everything we needed for our 4-night stay. Despite being in the east of the CBD, it was quiet at night. Sue was a great host with regular communication and provision of useful information and tips to help us enjoy our first trip to Perth.
Negative: Encountered some interesting characters in and around the lifts (these are outside the control of the host).
