The lush green landscaping and mature trees greet you and surround this historical two-story home with red brick trim. Storybook front yard and steps brings you to the front entrance. Inviting parlor entry and half bath entry with venetian plaster walls leading to a grand staircase to the second story. Past the staircase is an oversized billiard’s room where you can play pool and hang out. The dining room is a separate room and has a large dining table and seats 16. Wander into the gourmet kitchen and you will discover a built-in breakfast dining area, custom alder cabinets, granite counter tops, Wolf gas range, Sub-Zero fridge, and center island. The kitchen is open to the cozy family room with a real wood burning fireplace(for decoration ONLY), comfortable couch, and smart TV.
To your left you find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has an EnSuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share the hall full bath. On the other side of the kitchen and family room is where the kids will want to be. It’s a large room with two double bunks, a couch, bean bags, smart TV, game console, arcade games and a bathroom all its own. This room also has doors to the patio and back yard.
Head upstairs to find a large open loft with a library and workstation. On one side is the Master Suite which is very spacious and has a balcony overlooking the pool and back yard. The Master Suite has two walk in closets, a large bathroom with double sinks, soaking jetted tub, walk in glass shower, private toilet room and a private back entrance staircase from the garage entry. The bedroom next to the library has an EnSuite bath. The library is cozy with seating for reading or studying, tons of books and a desk for your use.
Outside you will find a private resort back yard with inviting pebble tech play pool with water feature, hot tub, plenty of patio area for sun lounging and dining. A unique outdoor bar and cantina for your drinks and entertaining open to the patio and pool area.

Centrally located only 15 -20 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport and walking or short driving distance to the light rail and over 15 restaurants, parks entertainment and shopping. Guests are responsible for pet poop pick up and disposal in the outside trash can.
No Smoking Allowed.

BBQ: Clean the BBQ grill before leaving.
Regular Trash is picked up on MONDAY – Recycle Trash is picked up on THURSDAY
Trash Concierge will pull the cans to the curb for pick up the night before and pull back in after pick up.
Trash: Excess trash, that does not fit in the trash cans must be removed by guests. A $75 trash pickup service charge will be charged to guests if excess trash has not been removed.
