Positive: The neighborhood is nice, close to a lot of things. The house itself is adorable, and was well stocked with everything you might need. The beds were very comfortable, and the furniture inviting. The breezeway was nice to go outside and relax. The board games were varied, and TV was great as well. We loved that we were able to have our 4-legged family member with us- she loved the back yard.
Negative: I was disappointed that it did not have a fire pit as advertised, it is rather noisy as the freeway is very close, and the back yard was flooded in the middle.

Positive: Location was ideal to be only 5 min away from our daughters’s house-the reason for selecting it. While compact, the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with almost any cook/serve wear you would need-including many appliances. I cooked our thanksgiving meal for 6 and was not short of anything. Nicely stocked spices and some dry goods in the cupboards also:) Beds very comfortable and the small dining table had 3 leaves so was perfect to expand and seat our family of 6. The remodeling and decor is nicely and tastefully done! The owner and Evolve team were excellent in responding to a situation with the fridge-could not be more pleased!
Negative: Somewhat smaller inside space than expected from the photos but that is probably the case with all real estate photos. It met our needs though and did not spoil our stay!
Summary: Nice remodeled house for family holiday get together. We will definitely consider staying again on a future visit!
