Summary: Our hostess, Frau Geggenfurtner, was super friendly and very patient because, due to traveling problems, we were very late in arriving. The apartment is spotlessly clean, bright and tastefully-furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped and practical with a full oven, a dishwasher and enough dishes to make using it worthwhile. Beds were very comfy. The shower was sufficiently spacious and hot water good. Close to a U-bahn station and bus service. The stairs up to the apartment are very narrow so be careful, especially with luggage. The sliding front door is a little unusual but we got used to it pretty easily.

Summary: With my wife and grown daughter we really enjoyed our stay in Munich. The apartment is very conveniently located in a quiet street (on the third floor with no elevator) and just a couple of minutes of walking from the subway stop. There is also a well stocked ALDI grocery store nearby. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare food, we had a meal every day “at home”. The living room can be used as a second bedroom, which was great for our family. We slept well in the comfortable beds. The whole apartment is very clean, and the owner is very helpful. This rental is a very good value for the price, and we would happily stay there again.

Summary: This quiet, cozy apartment was a very comfortable home away from home and proved a convenient base to explore Munich. It is a short walk to public transit and there are cafes, restaurants and grocery stores all within easy walking distance. I would add that the owner was especially friendly and very helpful which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Summary: This was perfect in every way. Great hostess. Very comfortable stay, close to public transportation, an ideal place for a longer stay, because it has such a well equipped Kitchen. We loved being there.

Summary: The apartment is clean, sunny and well furnished, larger than I expected. The living room, where the sofa converts to the third bed, is separated by a door from the kitchen and dining area so one person can make and eat breakfast while another still sleeps. This was great news for my 14 year old son! Frau Karin lives on the first floor and is responsive by email and in person. We woke up one day with no hot water and she was upstairs within 10 minutes of getting my email at 7 am to light the water heater pilot light - problem solved! The apartment is easily accessible by U Bahn and the neighborhood is quiet and very pretty. You do need to climb two flights of stairs with luggage to get to the apartment, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. We ate dinner in the neighborhood rather than downtown and really liked both Giesinger Garten and Feidler & Fuchs, which are just a couple of blocks away and have ample outdoor seating. I’d stay again next time I’m in Munich.

Summary: The appartment matches exactly to the photos provided - it is spacious, bright, clean, quiet and well-located; about a 5 minute walk to the underground station in one direction (3 stops from the main train station) and a 10 minute walk to the supermarket in the other! Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided; towels, bedding, kitchen utensils, etc. Frau Gegenfurtner, the owner, was a really friendly host who lives in the same building and she gave us some excellent tips about where to eat and sights we shouldn't miss. I will definitely book to stay here again the next time I am in Munich! A great place to stay!
