Positive: The bed was comfortable and the location was fine to go the old town.
Negative: The price for the small room was totally overpriced compared to the accommodation. We paid 180 per night and no breakfast or other things extra. The 15m2 is not suitable for 2 persons as there is no space to sit apart from the bed. The view is on waste containers and bikes.

Positive: 15 mins from city center by tram (about 2.5 miles), there are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. Complementary beverage was a nice touch.
Negative: Figuring out how to unlock the door on the first day was a hassle. The check in instructions didn’t load properly at first, so one of the passcodes was missing. Soon after I arrived, someone other guests also arrived, we had to figure out how to get inside together. It took us half an hour to get on. There is no staff on site, this is more like an Airbnb not a hotel, all communications are thru emails or messages. But once you get the hang of it and figure out how the lock works, it will be a comfortable stay. The bathroom itself is spacious, but shower is tight. There are noises from the tram, as it’s just outside the building, I notice it but didn’t bother me too much

Positive: I stayed in room #2. Great location. Close to the U-Bahn. Room was clean and had plenty of coffee supplies. The bed was nice.
Negative: The room size was fine for me, traveling alone and there for only 3 nights but, would have been too small with a partner. The bathroom had plenty of room. The shower however, was way too small for me and I’m not that big—I’m 175 cm tall and weigh 85 kg.
Summary: Nice for a short stay as a single.
