Positive: Most of the facilities OK, bed comfortable, nice view of the river.
Negative: Building looks tired and rundown. Some things in the apartment need replacing/updating. Toaster broken, shower hose split, door close mechanism broken, coffee table rug covered in stains

Positive: Heated Bathroom floors, large fridge, no cleaning deposit and was able to check in earlier for £10/hour which I thought was reasonable. Best price around.
Negative: Had curtains drawn whole time as people walking by could see in but was hungover most of the time so didn't matter much. I suspect other rentals on the block wouldn't have this problem.

Positive: very good customer service and "The apartment is excellent and fully equipped with all necessities. Very clean and comfortable, and it's close to Cardiff Bay and city Center. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. It's a great place for families and individuals looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended
